Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Wausau - 1819 Stewart Ave, USA

Called a $42 order in Thursday evening. Was told it would be done in 15-20. Walked in at 17 minutes, gave the guy at the counter my name, he looked back at the kitchen and then told me they were just bagging it up. No problem. Waited 10 minutes. Another guy asked for my name. He walked back a few steps, came back and said they were just checking it over. He took my payment and I stood back to wait. A few minutes later my order was finally done. Over a 30 minute wait. Took the wings home and opened the first box. Hardly any sauce. This is the second time that's happened to us with the sauce. That was our last visit there. I can deal with a longer than expected wait, but being stingy on sauce on the all ready over priced food is ridiculous. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

It was very loud and could barely talk to my family and busy as heck even for a monday and the fryer was “broken”.it took 45 minutes to get our food!?!

Cold mozzarella sticks, cold tots, 28 wings in my 30 order. They gave me like 8 tots in a huge box. Do better! The whole order was garbage! I like leaving good reviews, I'm a local guide and I love food! I'll give you another chance in a few weeks and hopefully I can edit this up!

i’m order the salad without cheese but they always put cheese in… it’s happened alot of time before. please read the order before make it.

To go order, it was 10 more mins than they said it would be, then when asked if all sauces were in the bag, I was assured they were. When I returned home and opened the sealed bag, the sauces were 5 short. How disappointing,but I was not going to waste my gas to go back to get the sauces. I will unsealed the bags in the future to double check them.

In my recent experiences, I've found that Buffalo Wild Wings isn't as enjoyable as it used to be, and the overall value for the money seems lacking. While they introduce new wing flavors regularly, these often either closely resemble existing ones or venture into strange and unappetizing territory. For instance, I tried their new Bulleit Bourbon BBQ flavor, but it had an overpowering liquor taste that drowned out the flavor of the wings entirely. Admittedly, the service at this location has consistently been commendable. Despite their busy environment, they manage to serve food promptly. Surprisingly, I find that the items on their menu other than wings tend to be more satisfying and enjoyable than what they are known for.

This Buffalo wild wings was overall pretty decent. They are a little short staffed, so it made the wait time a bit longer than usual, but other than that I have no complaints! The workers were friendly and knowledgeable and showed good hospitality, and the food was pretty good too! I highly recommend trying the bird dogs They are the concept of a hotdog, except it is a really juicy chicken tender on a toasted bun with coleslaw, and your choice of sauce on the tender and ranch on top as well as green onions! 😋.

Nachos. Ridiculous. I've been here 3 times in 1 year and each time it was the same. This place needs new management and/or owners. Don't waste your money!
