Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Buckhannon - 4 Northridge Rd Suite 100, USA

Second time here as I travel this way for work frequently. Last time they forgot my potato wedges and I never heard from anyone. This time the wedges were so over cooked they were not edible and I received a sandwich with the least amount of sauce possible. I am a fan of the franchise but this location is awful..

Called at 4pm to put in an order for 5:15pm for carryout. We arrived at 5:10pm, knowing we were a little early and the food might not be ready. They said they were "putting the order together". It wasn't ready until 5:45pm--they didn't start the order until we got there and lied to us about the progress. A big game was on that day and we had traveled in from out of state to watch the game with our family. We missed kickoff and management didn't even bother offering anything for messing up the order. Very disappointed in our experience here.

My boyfriend and I went there today and our server Ryan was the absolute best. He recommended the best food the fried pickles were to die for. He made wonderful conversation didn't rush us when we didn't know what we wanted he gave us suggestions. He treated us well and the food he gave us was hot and fresh it was a really good experience.

The food was amazing! Furthermore; the server was great. Thank you so much for your time and patience and for offering the dish that you did it was wonderful. I would highly suggest coming here the food was fresh service was fast and the atmosphere was friendly.

Got the chicken wrap and it was bad. Barely had any chicken and was bland like the cook didn't have any chicken or didn't want to make it

Dined here for lunch on a Saturday. The sound was turned up so loud we couldn’t hear each other and the waiter got my order wrong because he didn’t hear me correctly. We asked if they could turn the volume down just a little we were told no and that it’s a sport bar. We were on on the dinning side. I understand sports bars can be noisy. I have eaten at plenty Buffalo Wild Wings and other sports bars across the U.S and even during games could still have a conversation. iPhone decibel meter app I use for work read 90 decibels same as a concert. Will not be returning.

Ordered ahead for pickup. Tray of mixed chicken tenders, Mac n cheese, wedges, and wraps. Was very good. Drove 30 min to get it to destination and was still very warm and crispy. Was good.

Food and service are amazing. And you can never beat the atmosphere
