Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Goodyear - 13311 W McDowell Rd, USA

Had to wait a long time for pick up. I mentioned it to the manager and he was really cool. I believe his name was Chris. Turned the whole experience around. Still This place gets slammed because it’s good, and orders get backed up call ahead.

Good food, lots of tvs for your viewing pleasure with friends! The food looked amazing! Set at the bar. The staff were awesome and attending to our every request. Great location.

Our waitress was amazing she kept coming over to make sure our drinks were full to let us know our food was about to be coming out. She kept playing with our baby boy. The food was hot and delicious and the best part was the music, nothing but 90's on it was nice.

Poor performance. Waited to be seated, to be told its open seating. No sign, I looked. Took 10 minutes to get a beer and another 20 for the app order. The brisket nachos we underqhelming and lacked even a decent amount of meat. We are now 2 hrs in and decided to leave after a beer and an app. Will not be returning to this dump.

Needed wings for a Sunday game. Decided I would pay for overpriced wings, easy peasy. But the take out server was oblivious to there product. Then the wing were overcooked to the point of chicken jerky..never again. UPDATE, The manager called and was very apologetic and concerned. great response and he made things right. Good PR. Will give them another try.

The waitress we got was horrible. We barely saw her, no drink refills. Wings were overcooked for spouse and kids meal. We expected more sauce on the wings, but again, without wait, staff couldn't even ask. The gal who brought out the food was not our server. I was a little shocked at the way my chicken sandwich looked. I expected a breast of chicken. Instead, it looked like two chicken tenders fused together. B4, paying the bill, I asked the server about the way it looks, and her response was that all the chicken looks different. What else do I want. I didn't want anything else. I came in for a chicken sandwich. There was no offer to fix the sandwich, just an offer for something else. When I declined, she brought the bill and a box. I guess she decided that since I didn't like my sandwich, I didn't want dessert. She was wrong, but honestly, it was so hard to get her back to the table. I just paid the bill and left. As I was leaving, a manager was at the front check out, and I made a remark we had no intention of returning, and she said sorry u feel that way. No concerns as to why or asked me anything additional about my visit. It's almost like she expected it. We found out why she didn't care as we got the kid buckled into the car. She left right as we did and got in her car. Again, she had an opportunity to speak to us and chose to ignore.

The food was hot and fresh and the service was great! The dining room was very dimly lit, to the point where we couldn't read the menu... that would be my only complaint.

This place has been a nice little home for me after a long day for the past year and a half. The bartenders and servers have become some of the best people I know(Coming from a restaurant worker). Management cares and is very proactive throughout the shift on all phases front and back of house. Chad and Michael do a phenomenal job running the place as I see them here most. Chis is obliviously guiding them correctly as I continue to come back for great service and a good time. This will always be my favorite after work place to chill and let the stress go!
