JC, how long do you have to wait for the wings? An hour, then it's effffin cold when it's out to our table? The wings must have been on the shelves for more than 20 minutes for it to get cold from the fryer. She told us that the mac and cheese is being made. Guess what, it's cold too when it's out to our table. I also ordered celery and blue cheese, never seen it and I didn't bother to reorder it from her. This chain is really going downhill since their inception decades ago. Wings are tiny. I remember when they first opened it was huge. How can the mac and cheese get cold so quickly coming out from the kitchen? Seriously, if you care about customers and your own survival, please train your pp better before your chain will be out of business.

This place has really gone downhill. My wife and I placed an online order and got 6 traditional wings, 20 boneless wings, and a small order of cheese curds. The traditional wings were super small and super tough. I could barely eat them. Very disappointing. Then my wife bit into a boneless wing and it was so tough that it hurt her tooth and she couldn’t even eat it. I attached a couple pictures. Terrible experience. We won’t be back unless you make it right for us.

Their wings are good but the prices have gone way up. They have deal days on Tuesdays or Thursdays I think. My favorite wing sauce is parmesan garlic - I've bought bottles of it there to use at home. Their tater tots are also very crispy and delicious.

It taken the waitress over an hour to bring our orders out and she just simply shown up for a couple minutes at the beginning……. I guess that she had to go kill the chicken to collect some wings, deep-fried them and prepare our foods!!!!!! Would I recommend this place to anyone???? NO. Don’t waste your time and money here!!!

I always drive by each time I visit Walmart but told myself I needed to visit and grab myself some chicken. First Time customer and I am not disappointed. Serene environment and lovely lady at the reception who attended to us. Food is good so I’ll be visiting again. One thing I noticed was it was cold when I got home. I actually expected it to be hot considering I waited 20mins for it to be ready.

We visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Strongsville with friends to catch the Buckeye's game, which was enhanced by a fantastic performance from the OSU Alumni Band. The food and overall ambiance were impressive. Although the event was well-promoted and attracted a large crowd, it appeared they were understaffed. Our server was clearly working hard but struggled to manage the high number of tables assigned to her. This resulted in delayed service and missed opportunities for additional drink sales due to extended periods with empty glasses.

The restaurant was not busy and somehow our waitress not only forgot about my table but had come back after walking away to take our order a second time. When I needed a refill which i ended up getting myself since no one was around to ask for one. When the food arrived it was barely warm some was cold. The wings tasted like old reheated chicken. It was by far the worst experience. A huge waste of $80 beyond disappointing let alone this was for 3 people to eat and an appetizer.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I wish i could give 0 stars. Ordered food for pickup, finally got home and bit right into raw chicken! chicken was so raw that only the outside part came off!! i’m so disgusted and cannot believe they would be okay serving this. and at the counter I should’ve known something was up when Kenzie snickered. I called and spoke with a manager about come back to get my money back and in the midst told me to calm down, BIG NO you never tell someone to calm down especially if they’re served RAW CHICKEN THAT CAN GIVE YOU Salmonella poisoning!
