Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Cincinnati - 11363 Montgomery Rd, USA

Visit fairly often for lunch and an occasional dinner. Their lunch specials are very affordable, I e. $10 for (10) boneless wings, fries and a soft drink. Fast, friendly service and plenty of parking. Occasionally you may even see local ESPN broadcasting from the restaurant. Great place to catch a game along with a meal.

Seems like serving all the left over chicken from customers plates in Togo orders. I hate this please check below picture

When I went it was a very busy night so I guess that could have been an excuse for the food. My burger was extremely burnt and my friends wings were slimy. The food was a bad experience but our waitress was super sweet.

Frequent visitor for the BOGO offer and the in-house beer . My kid loves the strawberry lemonade and the chicken wings with Thai curry . Wonderful food with quick service . The seating is little congested improving that can have better experience.

Ordered food online and came to pick it up. Ordered 3 items had 3 boxes. Came home and one box was missing food. Called restaurant and was only able to get thru on 4th attempt (first 3 call i was just hang up on). Finally got to manager. He did not apologize. All he offered was to replace the food that was missing or get a credit for next time (valid for 30 days). I'm 20 min away and coming back is very inconvenient. I do not order BWW every month. And it's not even what was offered that I'm pissed about, but how he was talking to me. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion.

My fiancé and I came to Buffalo Wild Wings in Harpers Station today (Friday, September 22, 2023). We walked in at 5:43 pm and were greeted by a person at the hostess stand. She looked at me, glared, and then proceeded to ask me how many people were in our party with an attitude. I responded extremely politely and asked if she had a booth available to which she responded no. I asked her if we could have a low-top table and she gave me an attitude and said: “okay.” She walked away and my fiancé and I were confused but followed after her. I am not exaggerating, but she proceeded to throw our two menus on the table and walked away without saying a word BEFORE we got to the table. My fiancé and I are pretty understanding people. My parents own and operate a restaurant and I have learned that although someone has a bad day, they should never take it out on a customer. We were seated at around 5:48 pm and looked at our menus to figure out what we wanted to eat. We watched our server walk past us about 5-6 times and she did not greet us. Finally, at 6:05 pm, a food runner noticed that we had been sitting without drinks for a long time and asked us what we wanted to drink. I watch her go and get our drinks and she tells our server that we had been waiting. She comes over and asks: “so what do you want to eat?” in the worst attitude. After a while my fiancé and I were confused because I ordered a side of mac and cheese and french fries and my fiancé ordered 6 wings and a side of french fries. We did not have a complicated order. We got our food in a timely manner, and the food was right. Our server brought me back a sprite and I said: “thank you” to which I got no response or acknowledgement. Again, I get that everyone has bad days, but it should not be taken out on people who have done nothing but provide them business. If it helps, we were sitting at the four seat table diagonal from the hostess stand and left at 6:40 pm. As we were walking out, I told the lady at the hostess stand and told her to have a good night. I got no response, and she didn’t even look at me. We won’t be back for awhile.

We got in pretty fast for 2 people! Extremely clean, service was amazing! Erica the bartender upstairs was amazing waitress! The wings were amazing of course! But the serive was again Great!
