Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Bismarck - 3420 N 14th St, USA

This review is for the online service. I googled the south location instead of this one. Put in an order on buffalo wild wings website for the south location because my wife just had a baby and I needed to stay close to the hospital. Somehow it got submitted to this store instead of the south one. I called and explained the situation to someone at this location when I realized what happened. Their response was, "well the food is already made, there's nothing we can do." And maybe that is their policy but I will say I'll never use their "online order" service again or eat at this location again.

so first off our server was awesome. my 7 year old is a very talkative kid and she humored him until i had to explain to him that she had a job to do. our food came out super fast like 3 minutes fast. the wings were cold and like rubber i could barely stick a fork in one. the server came over and ask if was ok. i said no these are pretty bad. she put in a reorder and before she returned the runner was already bringing the reorder. so like a whole minute. when she returned you could see an embarrassed look on her face. she asked how they tasted since it was buy one get one and i had already ate about 6 wings. I told her they were fine, but you could tell they had been sitting out for awhile also. now i worked at Applebee’s in my early 20s so i can understand sandbagging during your rush but this was 4 o’clock on a Thursday. i left the server a twenty and a note telling her to tell the cooks to stop sandbagging they messing with your money.

Update! Thursday night football and playoff baseball! All games on prior to start time. Food came out hot and was very good. Very happy with our experience.

I ordered a medium fry and this is what I received. They were rubbery and cold. I wanted mild on my wings and when I tried them they were extremely spicy for me. I'm 99% sure that they put the wrong sauce on them. Everytime I've tried takeout from here, they screw up my order. Definitely done with this place now. Maybe it's better to sit down and eat there, but do not order takeout.

My son ordered food for 4 of us. Total from door dash was $139. My son and I ordered the cheese curd smash burger. I ordered no pickles because they lock my jaw up; and I ordered cheddar cheese. My son ordered his with pepper jack. Both of out had American cheese, pickles and no Chipotle BBQ sauce and barely any mayo. Our fries were disgusting. My daughter ordered 15 traditional mild wings and got 10 traditional mild wings. My other son ordered onion wings and it was mainly dough/crust. His brisket burger was dry. The chicken street tacos and brisket tacos were good. The chips and salsa were ok. I am just very disappointed because he spent all this money for us and the food was thrown in the garbage. A waste!!! Also, we ordered from the South Bismarck BBW and it was sent to the North Bismarck BBW.

The best BWW I have ever been to. I will continue to make it my "go to" Amber, Alicia and Summer are all about customer service. The wings are always great.

Great location near I94, hotels shopping etc with newer BWW open restaurant layout. Sat in the restaurant side with the kids as the bar was very full. Wings and apps were great. Server was also excellent. My only complaint was we were seated by the hostesses at a filthy table without even checking it cleanliness. Sever quickly cleaned when we asked, but it gave a bad first impression to an otherwise perfect BWW outing.

This location has the best staff and the service is great. I’m a multi-city/state customer and the food is consistently good. We refuse to frequent the location in Minot any longer as it’s dark, depressing and the staff can’t ever be bothered to help you.
