Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Olive Branch - 7995 Craft-Goodman Frontage Rd, 7995 Craft-Goodman Rd, USA

I travel a ton and the last couple of BWW stops have been disappointing. Not today!! My food was great and the server, Emily, was busting her a$$ in the lunch hour rush. Will be stopping here on my next trip through Olive Branch.

Yeah, I won’t be eating at this place anymore. Bad enough to eat out, knowing that a lot of places are only clean when the inspector let them know that they are coming. But you put food in a cardboard box with no paper in the bottom. I wished I had looked at it before I made it home.

Rest assured i took into account they were packed. They took 10 minutes just to clear a table to seat us when seating was available, then it was another 30 before a server showed to even get my drinks order. By that time I was about ready to walk out the server finally showed. Needless to say no tip was left and I will not be back because this is not the 1st time there has been beyond scrappy service there even when they don't have a packed restaurant.

One the girls wanted buffalo wild wings today because of the buy one get one on wings. I don't do chicken so I was looking forward to trying their cauliflower wings for the first time. We also ordered some onion rings, for onions are the best food there is. I and they thoroughly enjoyed my cauliflower wings and they only so so enjoyed their boneless chicken wings. I had the Asian zing sauce, which I will say was quite tasty. We obviously enjoyed the onion rings. I will now say that I would go back for sure to have those cauliflower wings again and again! The service was okie dokie as well.

Olive Branch: Bun was stale and sent back for fresh bread. While waiting for my food, and watched everyone else eat, 30 minutes had gone by. Everyone has finished eating and still waiting on me to get my food. I asked for her to just make it to go. When I received the ticket, she had charged me twice for the burger and 3.50 for cheese. Got home with my food and open it up. No cheese and stale bread! You would think if they are handling my food they would notice that the bread was no good. This was the most worst service ever! I will never go back. I can't believe they would provide unacceptable food it to their customers.

Food was hot waitress was very Nice,greeting on the way into restaurant was awesome 👌🏿

We were seated almost immediately with a party of 6. Waited 5 to 10 minutes before drink orders were taken. Our waitress apologized and said it was due to a staffing shortage. We ordered 3 appetizers as well as our dinners. The appetizers came out hot and freshly prepared. I ordered 15 boneless wings with mixed sauces. They were brought with a minimal amount of sauce, and tasted as if they had been warmed in a microwave with hard breading. If staffing is an issue and understandably it could be right now, better organization would help. This is too good a restaurant to fall behind. Get it together and get back in the game. Just for the record, this isn't going to stop us from returning to eat here again.

Management needs improvement. Waited for a long time to even get acknowledged and then waiting for drinks and food. Our server was trying hard but the overall operation was not running efficient. They did a shift change at 5:30pm in the middle of dinner smh
