Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Erie - 2099 Interchange Rd, USA

Went there twice last week. Service can improve.. we were made to sit in the covered patio room since we're 8 members, the window doors had opening letting in old air and making us and food left cold.. service can improve.. food was 👍. TVs in that room are oddly placed.. that room needs to be closed or improved for a good experience. Service was good, but our order came wrong once.. so service can improve. Food tastes as expected in buffalo wild wings no complaints at all...

I couldn't believe how packed it was here on Thursday evening. My son's group from school met here for dinner and there were about 50 people ( mostly teenagers! ) I got here after they ate for drinks and was impressed with how the staff handled the big group. The kids all seemed to have fun. I was not that impressed with the prices, though. I went to order an appetizer and drink, and the closest waitress was too busy to help me. I went up to the bar and sat down and was able to order a drink there at least, but it was $8 for a large blueberry peach cider, which was OK, I suppose. I really had wanted something to eat, but the extra wings we took home were good reheated at least. If I come again, it won't be on a Thursday night!

The service was very good, always checked up on our table and provided anything we need despite it being busy. They provided the food in a timely manner, and it tasted absolutely delicious. They got every part of our orders correct despite there being lots of guests at our table and lots of customers in general as we came during UFC fight night. Though due to it being fight night it was very loud, which is a given. However, a few customers were being very ignorant to the customers around them. However, I know that is not the restaurants fault but it would have been appreciated if they'd talked to the customers about keeping the noice down and not make a scene.

I only ordered over the phone and picked it up. I ordered milk shakes and they were thoughtful enough not to make them until I arrived to get my food so they wouldn't melt! Everything was pretty good, service was fast and the lady was nice taking my order. Upon arrival the hostess was very awesome to go over my reciept and food in the bag to make sure it was all correct! Never been inside to sit down and eat therefore the 3 stars. Should I go in and eat I will update the review accordingly.

I was so disappointed when friends who are regulars that are here 1-2x/week asked that we get a low top for our kids. We saw two open low tops which, without apology or pleasantries was declined. There is nothing unique about this BWW beyond the hostess, her lackey and the waiter’s distraction. I am especially disappointed because the last time we were here, our waiter, a beer and GB Packer fan was great. There are lots of other chains in town. Not sure we will be back.

First time eating there. So many choices for wings. I went with garlic parm. My company did teriyaki. The kid tried buffalo. All good except teriyaki. The waitress allowed us to exchange the 8 of that for a different flavor of 10. That's amazing. The place had dozens of tvs with sports on it. Inside was nice, a bit chilly but it could be the 50 degree rain. Did not use the bathrooms. Waitress was nice. She was patient. Friendly. And showed up when we needed her to. Final note. They had great fries!!! I give this place 5 feathers from 3 Buffalos

Update: 6 years later wow, I was served mini carrots with my wings, the same as grocery store. My goodness. I didn’t know this was a school lunch I was paying for. I also got ID’d by a server, I’m 35. Come on now really? Yes servers and staff are always friendly, great atmosphere for family gatherings like birthdays or groups of friends, but when you review a restaurant its about price and quality, and both are not adequate at BWW's. Super over-priced food for low quality. Their burgers are thawed from frozen with no taste and their fries are on par with McDonalds.. except their burgers are $12... lol sry to be negative but they need to step up their game. P.S. its a CHAIN restaurant so im not too hesitant to write a bad review.

We were asked to sit on the bar side, and had no issue with that except, it was extremely dark and very odd sitting at whatever table we wanted. Immediately overwhelmed with the amount of tvs in the room. With all of them playing somthing different yet couldn’t hear what was happening on any of them. The music was fine I suppose, but would rather hear the tv. “The” tv, not all of them. My buddy who’s 21 tried to order a beer, he showed his I.D. and was declined because 3 out of the 6 of us sitting at the table were minors. Which we wern’t upset about because it’s very understandable, until we noticed the man to our right drinking a beer with his two toddlers, and no other adult (aka no safe driver left). There was a 4 top sat after us and they received there food before us… We waited 30 minutes for our food. With no check ups from our server during this time, a young male finally brought out our food, he sounded stoned out of his mind. The burgers. Terrible. They tasted charred yet covered in grease. The fries were barely warm by the time we got our food. They also sent us the wrong type of wings, which they replaced quickly. Odd, since our food took so long, but thankful for that. Our waiter didn’t check up on us until we were completely finished and beyond ready for the check. Not gonna be back for a while.
