What a horrible experience order the appetizer platter don’t like onion rings asked for fries my waiter said he couldn’t substitute. My wings were so hard my fork could hardly pierce them. Definitely sat under a heat lamp for hours. The nachos had canned chicken it was awful. The cheese sticks were cold. $30 later and my waiter noticed I hadn’t really ate much of anything and really could care less. I will not be back the quality is just bad and $30 for lunch on this economy is a hard no for most.

Been going to this location for YEARS. Just ordered Uber Eats an HOUR before closing on a Friday night and yall had the nerve to serve us 20 pieces of BITS. I know you’re probably busy and I’m sorry for ordering from you guys on a Friday night but if I’m paying over $20 for chicken I expect an appetizer size of chicken for each piece, not the burnt ends that are left behind in the package when you’ve dump the frozen bag of chicken. Absolute trash, do better!

It was not very busy but with Thanksgiving tomorrow, I get it. My food was good and was "as ordered" and came out timely & hot. This was a good experience and the food is worth the price with the only exception that I had a soft drink with dinner & asked for an unsweetened iced tea "to go" and was charged separately for both; no refill mind you. This was A FIRST.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand “dining in” you are more inclined to have a negative experience due to many variables. However, what I do not understand is getting an online order completely wrong as the information is specifically all there and leaves no room to misconstrue an order. My boyfriend and I specifically ordered and noted “ranch” and when we received our door dash order, there was 0 ranch. Secondly, the cheese fries looked as if I made them at home…There was hardly any cheese and not even completely melted. Not to mention, the cheese did not cover the fries at all. I would have not paid for those had I known. Third, I specifically asked for celery with our order and received none. Will not be ordering from here again. If mistakes like these happen so easily, I don’t even want to know what goes on behind closed doors and what they get away with….

Josh at the pickup area refused to do his job by attending to the guest and was more focused on watching the bills game playing. I understand they have tvs around entire place but when a guest is trying to ask about their order they should probably take the time to look and speak to the guest. Very rude and disrespectful and does not care about the customers. The manager on duty was very respectful when I asked for her and got her order out right away didn't catch her name but she was very nice

Noe was our server. She is a wonderful spirit. The wings were their typical goodness, well fried, not greasy. Wedges are perfectly crisp. But it was the spirit of words that we shared between bites and with her movement through the room that took it to another level. Continue your journey and keep your path clear. We'll be back to check.

Edit: They asked me to get in touch, I did. No one ever got back to me ;) Don't recommend at all. 0 Customer service from the moment you enter the place to after you leave! Got one of the burgers wrong, and the waiter came to ask us why we didn't leave a bigger tip in our tab. Wouldn't really come back after that. It sounded extremely rude, especially the way she said it.

From the time, we walked in our experience was disappointing. The hostess found it to be a challenge to seat a party of seven and a party of two before us. We asked to get a booth and the hostess had to get an approval before seating us as well as the couple in front of us at a booth. There were plenty of booths and tables open. The waiter took our drink order within a timely manner and promptly took our food order. I requested a side salad and he told me he had to check with the kitchen but he thought they were out of salad, and he would check and let me know. He never came back to tell me one way or another on the salad. We had to ask him again. He said they were out. About that time we got our food. We both ordered wings and they were dried out, overcooked and chewy. I tried to eat them and not say something, but they were horrible. I took a bite of one and put it back on my plate. I notified the waiter of the overcooked wings when he came back. He asked if I wanted a new order and I said yes. He came back pretty quick with the wings. I ate two of them that was on top, but as I grabbed the next one, it was the same one from my first order that I took one bite of and put it back on my plate. There was a lot of sauce on the remaining wings. The extra sauce I figured was suppose to hide the same dried out and overcooked wings that I had to begin with. I am sure that those were the same wings I had been served with two new wings on top. They were awful. I ran out of tea due to washing down each horrible bite and the waiter was pretty quick to offer a refill the first time, but after that I had to stop him and ask him for a refill. I got the impression he saw my empty glass, but walked by not looking in my direction trying to avoid getting me a refill for the second time. It was like he was burdened by bringing me another tea. We walked out paying $80 bucks , but it was not worth even $10. I think a McDonald’s burger would have been better than those wings.
