Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Mt Hope - 214 Cross Rd Dr, USA

Everything was delicious! My wings were bomb and the potato wedges were the best I’d ever had…so crispy and seasoned well! The loaded nachos were so good too! Also, flats are better and you can’t change my mind 😜

Food came very late on a slow Sunday. Nachos were pitiful. You could see every chip because the toppings were SO minimal. The $1.50 extra guacamole was a 1 inch scoop. One order from our table was all flats, so the other order was all drums "because he got all flats". Just passing through the area, but if I wasn't I'd NEVER come back here again!

The place is nothing like it used to be. The new managers must really suck. I have a bad experience almost every time now. This time my takeout order was nearly an hour late. They were not busy at all. I used to like going here. Do better

Bartender had to seat us and didn't get service for over 25 minutes. No waters were brought out. All waitresses were in the back/bathroom for a long time. No one was getting help. No drinks, no one could Cash out, no one was able to order. Where were the workers? All the sudden they all came back at the same time and they all started talking to each other instead of helping people in the restaurant. However the food was really good so I'm giving it a couple stars for that.

As it being my first time here, I wasn't very impressed with the food. I got the All American Cheeseburger with bacon. When we finally got our food (almost an hour) the fries were cold and my burger was crispy. The waiter put in for more which took a while but as I was eating some, I pulled a long hair out of my mouth. So they took $5 dollars off the bill. I didn't want my meal free but I think they could have done better. Sadly, I must say, I will not be returning to this place. Furthermore, when our waiter went to get the manager, they wouldn't come. In my opinion, not good for business

Came in for an order to go. I asked for fries to be hot. They were cold. Chicken wings were warm not hot. And they forgot the carrots. Spending money because it wasn’t cheap. And then they messed my order up with the payment. Every time I come here it’s something . Will not return.

I got the sampler. Nachos didn't have much toppings, boneless wings and cheese sticks were cold, onion rings were the only thing hot. My husband enjoyed the burger he ordered though.

The manager, who will remain nameless, is a real treasure. Our chicken wings were bloody because obviously they weren't thawed but frozen when they threw them into the fryer. The dry rub seasoning was sprinkled on one side, not on the other. She had an excuse for everything with our questions. Unfortunately we will not return to the Beckley WV location ever. Even tried to pay for the appetizer we had consumed but was told by the "manager" not to worry about it. Substandard breeds substandard; which is definitely "in" these days. Try to add something besides biscuits and gravy around here but to no avail. Still not sure if I'm going to contact the health dept. or not. Wait till we call corporate because everything will be put on blast. And this is how business's fold; poor management. It definitely creates that snowball effect! I pray this location will be shut down eventually. 😘
