Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Calumet City - 1250 Torrence Ave, USA

I go here for happy hour wings and margaritas! The bartender China was awesome, very friendly, attentive, and just a beautiful spirit inside and out! The only thing I would recommend is that the owner look into hiring a DJ on Friday/Saturday it will really fill the place up. It's pretty empty during happy hour, which is a little different from other restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to dine. Oh, before I forget, Devon is another bartender who has a great vibe, and he and China make awesome drinks!!!! I'll be back for sure.

My burger was good, and cooked how I like it, fries was fresh n hot. And I was able to use my birthday reward for the 6 wings. I'll definitely return for another burger 🍔

Never got a chance to eat. Service was horrible. We had to ask several times if someone was going to take our order. The young man was rude, saying she'll get to you. The whole time, the staff stood around laughing and talking to each other. I know times are hard, but please hire people who want to work and not socialize. We ended up leaving after waiting 40 minutes to be served

Just walked out of this restaurant after sitting down waiting 30 minutes for an order wedges queso and a salad; that never came out! There was hardly anyone in the place and we couldn't even get appetizers in 30mins. I spoke to the manager Derrick before I left Just to inform him of my dissatisfaction with this establishment. This is a shame that I/we can't get a decent meal or service in our own community.

I used to love this BWW but I came here with my husband and was served by Jakarlynn and she came to our table twice and when I told her the rest of our food had not come out she literally sent the manager over to our table and would not come back. I paid in cash and was waiting for my change and no one came back with my change at all. We sat there until we literally had to call someone over because our server wouldn’t come back. The food is still good but the service could be better than it was.

Hello Everyone, Sat down by the bar and was greeted by fantastic energetic staff members instantly. Then from there the service was impeccable our drinks came within moments of being ordered. Not only were the drinks made great, but also the mozzarella sticks and boneless wings were made just perfect to my personal liking. Can’t wait to come again with my friends as we always enjoy this bdubs location. -Ted

I went with a very large party and the restaurant was very clean and the staff was very nice. The General Manager helped us the most, and he made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, the drinks came out quickly and the service was perfect!

Date of visit: 10/18/2023. Never again! Waitress (Aries, or something like that I think she said her name was) was horrible. Inattentive. Walking around eating chips. We were down to eating the ice out of cups. Never bothered to even ask if we wanted refills. Had to ask for silverware. Bill was $53. Left no tip (of course) Two days later, the charge on card was $283!!!!!
