Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Stockton - 4751 Pacific Ave, USA

I did an online order. This was my first time either eating at this restaurant or ordering online. I went with the boneless wings, not exactly hard to mess up. Overall, the wings were good, but pretty much the same you would get at any Buffalo Wild Wings. When I arrive to pick up my order, I was greeted at the front by the manager who said it would be just a couple of minutes and that’s pretty much all it took. It was nice. They seem like they were on top of it. I would order online again .

Went on a Sunday. Have to assume this location has terrible management. The poor servers were doing their best in huge sections with no assistance in running drinks, bussing tables, running food, etc. The drinks took at least 15 minutes to be delivered to our table. And the wings were greasy (not crispy) when they finally came out. I'll never return.

Will the server took our order right away--😉--received a veteran's discount. She said it'd be about 15 minutes/it was over 100° so I was happy with that /turns out it was a half an hour... I had ordered two sets of six piece wings/ she thought I only wanted one/ & told me only one sauce per six wings I was kind of confused. I said you know I want two orders of a 6 piece wings, still took longer (which if she would have said 30 minutes) to start / that extra 15 minutes and 100° + weather was a big deal... It was way too hot to eat hot wings--- I don't know why I got them, a waste of time and $30. We did go there again and ordered online through the app--I thought this would be better--paid $65 for 30 wings and extremely cold fries for being done exactly at the time they said.. no napkins or ketchup 😭😭 so I had to ask for that but she still didn't give me the napkins and we only had two small ranches for 30 wings---inside or takeout/service should be the same quality. So I'm done coming here

Great time! Expected a crazy wait with playoff football and got a large table at the bar and service was great!

I placed my order online and I showed up 10 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be done. when I showed up, the hostess by the pickup order section just told me to get my food from the shelf around the corner, but since it wasn't there the hostess told me to wait until it's done, she was very rude and dismissive, never even asked me for a name or tried helping me in any way whatsoever. Thankfully a server checked on me and told me my food was being kept warm somewhere else since it was a big order. I surely won't be ordering from this location again. It wasn't a nice experience

Please… please change your fries. They’re never fresh. They always cold, bland, no seasoning. Idk if it’s just the brand you buy them from, but they’re terrible. The next time I try your fries and they are cold, flimsy and bland, I’m making a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website. Seriously. Taste your own food before you serve it before you make somebody sick. The food in the pic was “cooked fresh” Foh.

Just ordered food by delivery. Not the person deliverings fault but the facility. They will give you rotten food. Tried to call to complain, but they do not pick up. Mushy vegetables so be prepared to go without your original order.

Mediocre food. Ordered chicken burger and fries. Will not eat here again. Food toile forever and was not that good. Waitress didn’t get me my bbq sauce. Then after paying on app waitress ran up to me saying I didn’t pay and can’t leave until I pay. I showed her my payment receipt showing her it’s paid. She was lost and looking on her tablet. I said I’m going toilet and you can check and tell me when I’m back. She disappeared and never returned. Awful service. If they can fix I’m willing to give a 5 star review.
