Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Marion - 1311 Halfway Rd, USA

ordered on doordash, didn’t rate on there because my driver was so nice. i can’t believe the laziness that the workers didn’t want to wash a dish so bad they won’t sauce them in a bowl, instead they dump all the sauce in my boxes, so much sauce that the bottoms of the boxes are soggy. not the first time i’ve had this problem. absolute waste of my money! would love a refund honestly.

We took my mother in law as she's never been. The hostess greeted us and I asked her for a booth, due to my spine. She said, "we don't have one available" and sat us at a high top table. We would have liked her to offer a few minutes to wait for a booth, but she was too busy to care/accommodate. Our server was friendly and sweet. I ordered the sauced chicken sandwich, my husband & mil ordered the House sampler as their meal. I know they play loud music at BW3's, but we could barely hear each other. The food was good, but nothing outstanding. Came out "warm" Just your typical B-dubs food. For a sports lover like myself, they have tons of games playing & a lot of nice big screen tv's.

The salsa and guacamole was disgusting, taste unflavored and like semi- liquidity tomato paste. the waitress with the sparkling mask seemed to be avoiding the table. Nobody was at the front and we just stood there for about 5-7 min before being seated. I had a party of 4, just for the waitress to come over it took 17 min. The queso was lukewarm the first time, the Thai curry wings were a 8/10, Buffalo wings seemed over cooked, BBQ wings were over cooked and hard ( both the traditional and boneless), lemon pepper wing were 8/10 fresh but the spicy garlic wings tasted old and were hard. A total of 55 minute wait for food. When I went to the restroom, 3 staff members, were giggling and messing around. This establishment doesn't close till 12:30 am and my party arrived here at 10:02 pm. About 8 tables filled but 2 left withing 20 minutes of my arrival and about several guest at the bar. Gave us the bill before we could ask for a box, she charged us incorrectly on the bill. The server was named Carmen, based on the receipt. Left at 11:35 pm

I wouldn't even give this establishment one star. Got seated with our menu. That's when the service stopped! Wife and I waited around 15 minutes for someone at least take our drink orders. Nobody came around another couple came in after another ten minutes later I finally saw a waiter that went to the couple that showed up 15 minutes after we did. Needless to say we got up and left, we went O Charley's down the road where we was promptly waited on. This is the second bad experience I had at the Marion Buffalo Wild Wings. I have only been twice! I will never go back to that location again, and discourage anyone thinking about going to this location.

I did not get anyone to come to my table for 45 minutes. I never got any food because no one ever came even though I was in plain site . The Marion Illinois Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst restaurant, service wise I have ever visited. The table next to me was seated 20 minutes after I was seated and they only had to wait 5 minutes for a waitress.

It does not feel good having to 1 star a business, but this place was sad. Never been to this spot before but man the franchisee will go broke at some point on this location. The floor was dirty trash all over the carpet when I walked in. Tables with half eaten food and trash all over been sitting for quite some time. Sat down with two friends nachos were on table legit no cheese. Waitress not happy in the slightest to be working there. TVs all have burn in and are in poor shape along with the booth seat cover falling apart. Friend ordered two beers said one tasted like dish soap. Buddy who had wings did not feel good the next day. I ordered a burger which was actually decently cooked and overall good. I have a business degree this is not how you do it. Visit at your own peril.

Came in with a party of 9. Had called ahead, but that didn't matter. Sat for 10 minutes before waitress came. Took drink orders, took another 10 minutes. Never came back.... Had to go refill our own drinks. Then a different waitress came and brought drinks. Then placed our orders. 37 minutes later, our food came out. Some warm, some cold.... They took $70.00 off our bill to make things right. Do better.......

Was told we could not sit at the bar as we waited on our table for 6. Only to be allowed to sit at the bar.... we never got our table. Hostess lacks social skills blamed it all on someone else, oh there were many empty tables.... and a abundance of servers. I truly think they dont want your business.
