Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in East Peoria - 833 W Camp St, USA

So today I stopped by and the visit started out Great got sat down literally had my food in 10 minutes of being in the building. But once I got my food that’s when the trouble started….. So my server came up with the food and asked if everything was alright I said yes because the food looked good and my drink was still full I hadn’t took a drink yet. Well about a minute after I got my food my server got his 2 table of the day. Well they get there food pretty fast also I would say about 10 minutes of sitting down so I have been eating for around 10 or 11 minutes at this rate he hasn’t came back to check on me I am about half way done with my wings he does ask his other table if everything is alright because they just got there food at this rate my glass is 1/4 full but he didn’t stop at my table. Well I end up finishing the rest of my drink and of course I would like to have something to drink with my food. But I don’t see my server for dang near 15 minutes probably so I sat there for 15 minutes with no drink and this guy literally had 2 tables and you know what makes this even better the other server on staff walked past me 4 times with an empty drink and didn’t offer to fill it. When I am at a sit down restaurant I expect some service

More Disappointing Than Your Mother-In-Laws I recently went to Buffalo with some friends since one was visiting home from the military. We practically had to beg to get refills on our drinks. Two of us did not get our food when everyone else got theirs. One of us got our food after a couple minutes. My food came after everyone was already done eating. I asked the server to take the food off my bill or send it back because I wasn't going to pay for something so late. He decided to take the food back to the kitchen; resulting in me not getting any food at all. At the end, my friends asked for boxes, but they never came. We had to get them ourselves. I have tried to give BWW opportunities to redeem themselves, but they consistently disappoint me.

We went to the bar for a drink waiting to be seated. The bartender was energetic and helpful. Instead of waiting for an hour to be seated, she gave us a menu and put the order. We ate at the bar. She was GREAT. She mad the visit very pleasant.

The service was absolutely atrocious. The person I was with ordered a burger and a particular fashion with no cheese and no bacon. When we received our order they were completely wrong. While I was in the bathroom, the server began arguing that my brother did not say anything about no cheese and no bacon. When I confronted the server explaining that he said the order exactly as it was stated. He changed his line to I just didn't hear you.... And we just don't need all that now do we with his comment. I promise you that I can make a better burger at home I will never eat in this establishment again anywhere in the United States or Canada

I love bufalo wild wings. They usually are fast kind and nice to me. But today I didn't get my order right. I missed my mango habanero wings. I called they said there was nothing they can do because three people checked my order. Well I guess my wings really can fly 😅. My review is for the manager. She was rude to hang out my call when I was telling her. None of the three people did well because I didn't everything was in my order. This is my first bad experience in a very long time I order my food in this location. I'm sorry for my bad review but I feel upset that they hang out my call. Bad manager! I'm not trying to get free food.

Food is never hot when served. The speakers were turned up full blast as we were already sitting at our table. We asked for the manager to have it turned down some so we could hear one another talk at the table, she was rude and said "this is a sports bar, but I can turn it down a little bit". Yea, I know it's a sports bar, been there a 100 times...never had the game blasting so loud that we couldn't talk to people at our own table. Place is going downhill. Our server was super sweet and understanding about how loud it was. Also, isn't there some kind of dress code? One person was walking around with a hat on backwards carrying a plate of food for our table and had no visible sign they were an employee. Place definitely needs help cleaning up its act.

The server Isaiah was the absolute sweetest. My family and I have been in a couple times and were usually treated poorly. Isaiah was so sweet and patient. Answered all of our questions and checked on us religiously. An excellent choice to have him as a server!

The Nashville Hot, Thai Curry & Mango Habanero sauces are my favourites. Always a good experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings Location 🤘🏽.
