Went out here after seeing my favorite gothic bad boy kingcobrajfs eating spicy wings. its just wings. I dont believe in adding large amount of spices and what not. I like to taste the food. was descent. did spot a Vietnam lookin vet screaming in the bathroom though.
I ordered through Uber Eats a Cobb salad without the Blue Cheese as I’m deathly allergic to blue cheese. It was delivered with Blue Cheese crumbles on the top. I’m visiting the area for work and have no car (Uber where I need to go). I called the store and the first guy confirmed I did order without blue cheese. He said I had to bring it back or deal with Uber Eats. I told him I had no car. I asked for a manager. I think her name was Tracy. She was absolutely RUDE! I did go ahead and submit my “safety concern” with Uber Eats but based off the managers attitude I would NEVER go or suggest this place EVER! Not a great first impression of Casper, WY. I’m so thankful I know to look before I eat a Cobb salad because I just don’t feel like dying! Signed Scared customer
Our server was phenomenal!!!!! Any time we asked for something he was on top of it and SUPER FRIENDLY. we came in to watch the Broncos game, and asked to have a big TV switched to it, and it was done almost immediately. Wings were good as usual as well!
We had a big take out order, and they were so helpful and accommodating. They gave us a couple drinks free.
My hubby and I went in for a late lunch and genuinely enjoyed our time. Our service was on point. Our server, Diana was so awesome and on top of everything!
Unfortunately one of the coolers had gone down, so there wasn't a great selection, but from the choices we did have, the food was good. The waitress was phenomenal!
I stopped in with my 2.5yr old grandson plus 2 adults asking to sit at a booth because it's more convenient with a little one. The seating person refused to allow us to sit at a booth because of the waitress rotation. I left & spent my $$$ elsewhere. What ever happened to customer service ?
After ordering a beer we had to give our ID (we are both senior citizens)to the server who said his manager had to approve the ID. He left taking them into a back room out of our sight..We will not go back until this policy is fixed. If a manager needs to approve every sale, then the manager should be on the floor at all times.
