Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Fresno - 3331 W Shaw Ave, USA

We came to eat here on the way back from our trip on Thursday evening. It was understandably busy because of the game. The front of the house looked VERY lost. We asked how long the wait was, they said they didn't know. They said we would have to wait until another group got up for us to get a table. It was very strange. Whenever someone came for a table they would tell them to peak into the dining room to see if there was any space available. Weird. After prioritizing groups of two, or four, we got tired and asked to be seated separately. They were, again, confused, and eventually said it was okay considering they let another large group do the same. Why they never gave the option in the first place was beyond me. Again, it was game night, busy, but they did not seem proactive in helping their staff. Many dirty tables, and people waiting. Our waitress was absolutely delightful, the only good thing about our experience. I was not going to tip at all, but she was definitely a super star in this situation. Very attentive to her tables. Food was great, but whoever worked front of the house (2 guys) definitely dropped the ball.

Service is 5/5 but the wings were dryer than I remembered them to be. But those nachos were the bomb, don’t sleep on the nachos especially if you get chicken with it. Overall not bad, slower night so good was fast too

I went here to redeem my birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 reward. If you haven't signed up for their rewards program, you're missing out. It's a yearly treat, but who doesn't luv luv luv freebies. The service was pleasant. My boneless wings were tasty and I'm looking forward to going back to get some more. I added onion rings to go with my free order wings and they were delish!

My son wanted to go before his afternoon band practice. The place is nice and clean. Our server was polite and helpful. We ordered appetizers, pretzel somethings and queso and chips. The queso which was supposed to be white cheese was goopy and cold at the bottom. When our lunch arrived, my son had some wings and I had the Caesar salad. The dressing was pretty bad but the worst part were all the yellow ribs of lettuce. Not much green leafy romaine lettuce. For the price, I would have expected better. Worse salad I have ever had. My son asked for boxes and then decided to leave them as he too could not eat the food despite being a hungry teenager! One last thing-- BWW has bb and fb jerseys of different schools and professional teams but is missing one important school: Fresno High which has had championships in baseball football and other sports. If you want to appear to be local, you are missing your target.

I had a nice time and was so hungry I forgot to take pics of my food. Oops. I loved the beer battered onion rings...my daughter loved the potato wedges...my sin had a brisket hamburger he thought the world of. Good food at great prices...the sports theme is cool and it even had my central grizzlies high-school on the wall from way back which was pretty cool..

Apparently 3rd time's the charm. For National Hamburger Day I ordered ahead for takeout. And this time they hit the nail on the head. Perfectly executed and, as always, the quality and taste was great...Bravo!! Previously: 2nd time in 30 days I've ordered online from BWW.. 2nd time they got my order wrong. Sure food is good, but can I get what I ordered? Anyway, beware when not dining in...their order accuracy is lacking.

Literally took at least 24 minutes to get the fries and this is what they gave us literally looks like skid marks of chili on that Tator tots not to mention they still took a whole other hour for our food since they messed up on it when we received it they just switched out the wings they got wrong and put the correct ones in so those were warm while the rest was all cold the waiter was nice the check in girl had a horrible attitude

Horrible service ! I told myself last time I was never gonna go there again but I gave it a chance. I ordered for takeout at 505 to be picked up at 540. My husband went and said it was gonna be 15 more mins but he said it was not busy in there. At 606 he still hadn’t gotten the food. I call and the girl was so rude on the phone the first thing she said was “I just got here do you want a refund? The dining area is really busy” finally got our food and my salad was missing things it said it had I paid $14 for it. NEVER going to any Bww again….
