Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Pasadena - 5875 Fairmont Pkwy, USA

Let me start off by saying my last experience was horrible, but this experience was just absolutely what you should expect of a restaurant. I want to highlight trae the waiter was just absolutely perfect. That man deserves a raise, and then some he absolutely made the experience flawless. The food came out extremely fast, and it was well cooked. I definitely rate this place a five out of five. I’m glad to see they’re changing in a good way.

We came to Buffalo Wild Wings with 9 people, we showed up 5min after they opened which was 11:05 and revived our food at 11:57. We did have to wait awhile for the food but we did have lots of people and were there first customers. Besides that the food was amazing and the service was excellent. I ordered the American burger with no mustered and my brother and cousin ordered the brisket burger and said it was excellent. Over all this place was amazing and is a great place to grab some lunch.

It used to be a great place. But, the last 2 visits, the restaurant is dirty. Trash on dining floor and restrooms as well. We wait for 20 min. The place was almost empty (around 9 p.m. on a Saturday) but no one was cleaning the tables or the floor. As you can see in the picture. We left that last time.

We came for dinner tonight, and our waiter was Marcus. He was so friendly, polite and went above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy because he was the best waiter we've had here in a really long time! Give him a raise, he deserves it. We will definitely be back, with hopes that he will be our waiter always.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Upon being seated, we waited 15 minutes for him to finally come get our drinks. We were at that table for over an hour and a half!!! When our food finally came out it was ice cold like if it was sitting in the fridge because he would go outside, talk to the host, or completely disappear. Even the other servers were telling the table behind us that they will get their to go boxes because “yall gonna wait more than 10 minutes for him to come back”. It Took 15 minutes after we got our food for him to walk by us and we had to wave him down. we left without eating because the food was completely inedible. He then charged us for FIVE EXTRA RANCHES!!!! We didn’t even ask for ranch!! He was a grown man with super short dark hair working 12/19/23 night shift. I guess he would rather spend all his time talking to the underage host than wait on his tables and making money. Will never be returning to this location.

Service has not been the same for some years now, but the food is usually on point. Two down sides: 1. They charge $1.50 per little each cup… since when?! I have no clue because I hadn’t been there in over a year. 2. When you see me finished with my meal, don’t ask me if I want my ticket yet, ask me if I need a refill or is there anything else I would like, another bar drink or dessert. To me, it feels like I’m being rushed out and no one likes feeling weird about that.

We pre-ordered a tray of 50 wings days in advance of our party. We were able to set a time of pickup online when we ordered. When we got to the restaurant they did not have our order ready, and it took 40mins for it to be made. A manager said “the order came through yesterday” but then I showed them my email receipt saying the correct date. Basically, the forgot our order and didn’t seem to care that it was extremely late. I had guests arrive to the party before the food was there.

Very bad service. Took a while to get anyone to notice us (party of 5) standing waiting to be seated for a while. We finally got a server and he was ok then he disappeared after getting us our food. We were due for refills and no one was showing up. I asked another server if she could get him for us and she said she would give us our drinks. Then never did. Finally another server came, got us two refills on sodas but not our two beers. Then tried charging us for 4 beers so I had to ask her to take them off, we never received them. This was our first and last time here. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
