Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Menifee - 30123 Haun Rd, USA

Being part of the food service industry for almost my entire life I am very forgiving if a place warrants forgiveness. Unfortunately, BWW in Menifee does not deserve forgiveness!!! Typically, when we think about eating BW’s we check the wait since it always seems to be busy. Usually 45-60 min wait on average. But this time there was only one party ahead of us at the door and tables were pretty empty. They just needed to be bussed. We still waited 30 mins to be seated. We ordered 2 kids meals. 1 with a cherry lemonade and the other with a strawberry lemonade. The kids asked for refills and we were told that they can only give a refill on the cherry lemonade but not on the strawberry. I said, “okay well how about just a regular lemonade refill?” We were told that they can’t do that and would have to charge for an additional lemonade. Kinda lame to nickel and dime your guests. Second issue, they bring you your wings but no dipping sauce. They don’t even ask you if you would like sauce for dipping so when you ask them for a couple sides of ranch, boy do they make you feel guilty! On two separate occasions once with the food runner and then the waitress they made it seem as if it was a problem! Just poor customer service and management to allow customers to feel that way and have a poor dining experience! Next time we will go eat wings somewhere else…

Took advantage of the BOGO promotion for Thursday for the Boneless wings. Wings were cooked well and tasted delicious. Love the fact that you can select from 28 different sauces and can choose Ranch and blue cheese for your dressings if need be. We'll probably be taking more advantage of this Thursday special in the future.

We placed a mobile order by time order picked up food was cold and soggy on top of that the fries portion was ridiculous looks like leftover some one else’s order, might as well not put fries at all called to see what can do about it was hung up on and second time left on hold for a while and eventually hung up again . It’s kit first time this has happens I do hope management reads review and does something about it.

We had dinner at this Buffalo Wild Wings in June, 2023. I will give them a break because it was pretty busy being in the 6 o'clock hour, which is prime dinner time for a lot of folks. We had to wait a minute or two for our table, which wasn't bad. We were sat at a high table which is center dinner room in this BWW. I will say that it was quite noisy as I would have expected. We ordered drinks, then it took a while for our waiter to come back. We ordered food, then it took a pretty long time for our food to come out. Yes, we have had waits before at BWW. But this was much longer than normal. I want to think that it just might have been the timing of when we arrived that caused the kitchen backup. Our waiter although taking extended time for certain things, bringing the wrong things for other things, and forgetting other things, was quite likable. He had a personality that I couldn't be annoyed at. Again, I would like to think that BWW being busy played a part in this as well. Our food did come out and it was good. I had wings and they were good and quite large. Everyone said their food was good. I also think that fact helped get the waiter off the hook as well. Dinner was not inexpensive either. Just having some wings and a drink can add up quickly. We received our check by email, which was different. The problem with the new technology of paying, was that it didn't work. The wife had to go round and round trying to pay this bill with her phone. That probably took more than 15 minutes. I do not find technology for theologies sake to be helpful. Just paying the bill the old fashion way is tried and true. In this case we held an available table for a substantial amount of time, because BWW probably is trying to boost profits by having the customers do the work, rather than the traditional way. In this case, it back fired and frustrated us. I had to wash my hand since there were no hand wipes at the table in this BWW. So I went to the bathroom and found a not so pleasant rest room. (to be nice) Is this also because BWW was busy, or just because they do not keep up on bathroom cleanliness? This is where I feel they have to make the effort. I can over look long waits for other things. But you have to find a way to keep your restrooms to at least appear to be clean. All in all, I'm giving this Buffalo Wild Wings three stars because the food was good and the waiter very personable. Otherwise, it would have been less. This wasn't a bad place. And it was busy. But you have to step up to the plate at times. And I didn't have a great impression of this BWW. But all of it can be overcome. As such, three stars. And quite honestly, that is being generous.

everytime ive come in i always place to go orders and each time ive never had an issue. the girls who taken my orders are always so wonderful to and ask if theres anything else i need. ive even have dined in and the same thing the service has been nothing but amazing.

The worst place ever, extremely slow, very dirty. Whom ever is managing this place needs more training because the orders take 1hour + wait time and all they said is waiting for fries. It’s ridiculous.

Me & a few buddies went to enjoy the fight but the Manager named Sonia made sure that wasn’t going to happen. She insisted on leaving on a Detroit Lions game on instead of switching the audio to the UFC fight. Even after multiple separate parties tried to ask her to do so. Never going back.

The wings and beer were delicious. The smash burger was very greasy and lacking in flavor. It was just too messy.
