Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Murrieta - 40484 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd STE 104, USA

First off let me say my fault. I ordered online through postmates and I didn't know my husband had also called in a phone order. Xavier went above and beyond to not only call postmates to cancel my online order but went as far as asked if and how long it would take to get my money back. He was very generous, and my order was done quick and I asked for extra sauce, everything was above and beyond. Great customer service, we need more people like Xavier. ***UPDATE*** :) I had to add to this review. I usually dont do a second or update. The one in Menifee my wings are usually always dry despite me asking them for extra wet wings. I don't mind driving all the way to this specific location for my wings. Whoever answered the phone this time was an awesome young lady I asked for extra wet and extra sauce on the side and she was very nice and she literally went above and beyond. I'll leave a picture the wings are seriously extra wet. Thank you to whoever answered the phone today and made my day! You are too sweet.

This place has gone downhill. I used to love going to our local BWW, I stopped going for quite awhile due to the food being subpar - we decided to go last week after a long day, thinking maybe I would give it one more shot... unfortunately, the food is still tasteless. The service isn't that great either. Waitress put in my order incorrectly, and by the time they brought out my correct side, I was already just about done eating. Needless to say, I have no more chances to give to BWW, at least this location.

I ordered 12 boneless Mango Habanero Wings with fries and Dr. Pepper. The server was giving ok service. He forgot asked me if I wanted ranch or blue cheese and I also forgot to mention it. So when my food was brought out, they assumed I wanted ranch. Then I realized I didn't have utensils at the table. I then got his attention that I wanted blue cheese not ranch and that I didn't have utensils. He had a coworker bring to our table like 5 forks and like 4 knives and that server walked away quickly. Then I kinda laughed with myself because I thought it was insane for them to not really care about the service or work they are doing. I was sitting with my friend at this point and she also said why so many. Anyways the wings were good, in the past the wings were not too crunchy, BWW must have changed the supplier. Another thing I let the server know is that my friend ordered the fries and hers had more smaller pieces and she wasn't enjoying them much. I've gone to other BWW and the service is a bit better than this one. I hope management begins to coach the servers on how give better service and making sure the table has what it needs.

The food here at this Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty good. Some of the wings were a tad over done but overall they were good. I ordered the Caribbean jerk sauces wings and lemon pepper dry rub. I wasn’t a big fan of the Caribbean Jerk but I will definitely try a different sauce next time. Good thing I ordered the Lemon pepper as that’s always on point. We also ordered some chicken tacos, pretzel bites and mozzarella sticks to round off the dinner. Service was good and the waiter was attentive to all of his tables that I saw. Overall this was a good experience.

Sometimes you get that awful no one cares experience this was one of those took way to long to even notice I had sat down apart from that ordered 6 buffalo wings 6 regular both came cold and the sauce had been dumped on top two spoonfuls of sauce thrown at the plate not the way I remember wings being served no blue cheese dressing or celery as ordered waitress had no interest why be in that business if you are miserable at least try. I payed and walked after one bite 11 wings sitting there drowning in slop and they didn’t even ask”how was it”no one cares at this location there’s a reason why they are rated so low. Great place to watch sports service and food not even worth 1 star

This is the LAST time I give this place a chance. Every single time I order they mess it up. It’s not that hard to read TRADITIONAL wings and the flavors of those. I’ve worked many years in the food industry and will no longer order from here.

We had lunch for father's day and loved the taste and fast delivery quite a day with great company.

Obviously no reviews are really necessary. If you've been to B-Dubs. We went for early dinner during happy hour and took advantage of the deals. We got two orders of wings, a burger meal, and a chicken dog which was surprisingly good. In addition to a beer and coke. Wasn't a bad deal. We kept the bill under $60 which is pretty unheard of lately.
