The worst “Cobb salad” I’ve ever had. My son liked his barbecue wings though.

Absolutely poor service. We waiting on our server, WHO STARED AT US FOR A SOLID 10 MINUTES AND SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. We had to move to a completely different section to even get acknowledged or greeted. Absolutely awful server on her part. The other server was immediately nice and could see the irritation growing after 20 minutes of waiting for a greeting and had told us she had no idea why the original waitress never took our table. To make it even better that first server decided it was time for her to clock out and left an entire table of dishes for our server to clean after her. Pathetic. Our server was fantastic that acknowledged us and we left her a good tip. That other girl, needs to be retrained on how to properly serve people and not screw your coworkers over. Again thanks to the server that did help us and gold star for you defusing and doing the best you absolutely could to help. Will not be coming back without some kind of change though. This location has been garbage compared to Murfreesboro.

Visited for Sunday football games. Ally provided outstanding service. We tried wings (of course), street taco, cheese sticks and several beverages. Everything was good and as requested. Great venue to catch multiple games at once.

So this is my second time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings on door dash, and it’s obviously not the dashers fault because they’re not making my food. But they’ve forgotten my drink twice now and it makes me so upset because I should get what I pay for. The service is terrible for picking up an order. The drink should be the first thing in there, it’s the easiest. I let it slide the first time, but the second shows they don’t care.

On our latest lunch visit, I can only give a "meh" rating. Party of four. Three members of the party got wings, fourth had a salad. Server was friendly, courteous and attentive and saved a few points on the rating. Food delivery and quality was a bit of a mess. Sides and wings were delivered randomly over 5 to 10 minutes. One person received the wings and side right away. Other member received his wings without the side, and I received my side without the wings .. the fourth member's salad did not come timely, but did come out before my wings. After a few minutes another set of wings came out, and a few more minutes before my wings came out. Had to flag down the waiter for the side of ranch. Yah, the ranch really was needed to help make the wings taste better. The quality of the wings was "poor" at best. Scary thought: I would rather have had McDonald's chicken nuggets over this batch of wings. The party member who had the salad commented that the chicken tasted like it came out of a can. I'll be skipping the wings on my next visit... If there is one.

Love the B-Dubs. Ordered the cauliflower and traditional wings. It's always good. It's the same at all locations. Mallye was our server. She was awesome. I highly recommend this location just for Mallye. A good server can make a restaurant.

Focus on getting to go orders correct. I ordered 40 wings, 2 regular fries (1 with chili and queso) and fried pickles. Got my order and 2 flavors of the wings barely had any sauce on them. Then it was missing an order of fries and the other order with chili and queso weren't fries they were potato wedges. I went back in and the hostess took the wedges threw them away and went and got me the fries. Then proceeded to roll her eyes Then walk away. I was still missing the other fries so I waited for her to come back. She came back and said to me "Yeah" as if I was bothering her. I said I'm missing my other order of fries. She sighed and said there right there I said no I had 2 orders of fries one regular and on with chili and queso. She ripped off the receipt from the bag and rolled her eyes and went to the back and came back with the fries. This time not checking them just left with my food as I was frustrated. I get home and she had given me another fry with chili and queso. My wife if lactose intolerate so she couldn't eat them. So they went to waste. So maybe less music and dancing in the kitchen which I could clearly see and hear and more paying attention to getting orders correct. This is the 4th time getting to go orders at this restaurant and it will be my last time. No more "oh it might be different this time".

Wings could use some bite on the skin - the sauce I had (mango habanero) was very good and had a nice balance of heat and sweet. Service was good for a lunch service. Will probably be back to try more flavors.
