Oracle location is a 0. I am not sure who makes the online orders but they clearly have no common sense. It is several times I have ordered and my order does not come with ranch. When they put ranch in the order they put 5 containers for my 30-40 wing order which are only filled halfway, AND the best part is that the ranch they put in the order is the ranch I purchase EXTRA on the side. Even when I ask at the girl at the front she says they put ranch aside from the extra ones I purchased. Big surprise when I get home they only gave me the ones I bought. I am over this location. It is common since that people eat wings with ranch and you can't manage to pack some ranch with the order? They told me last time,"if you don't select the option for ranch, we won't give you any". I have told them several times that I do. They said they would check if it's an issue with the system which I don't believe it is. They are just careless and don't pay attention. Anyways I always end up annoyed and in a bad mood by this repetitive careless mistakes. Today we ordered the "ultimate nachos", which came with no cheese sauce on the side only the red sauce. Basically just tortilla chips with some tomatoes and cilantro on top which cost almost $11 after tax. I could’ve made better nachos with what I had at home. The manager should double check the online orders since his staff can't manage to put an order together correctly. I do not remember his name but he said he would make sure to check on the issues with the "system" last time I talked to him. This is the sad picture of the dry nachos I got today.
It’s a decent place if you want to sit down and eat with people. Been here quite a few times for regular occasions. Nothing really special about this place. The wings are okay. I like that there’s many options for sauces and spices, but nothing really stands out to be. I honestly haven’t been back here in 6 years because I kept forgetting this place existed. Nothing bad about it, just nothing that stands out. I was a little upset when I asked for ranch to go with our appetizer platter and was told it was 60 cents for extra ones, but the menu said they were supposed to come with ranch anyway.
Was disappointed to see that my wings had minimal sauce on them. I told the waitress my wings were dry and asked if I could get a side of sauce. It was upsetting to see that I was charged with a side of sauce when the wings didn’t come with any to begin with. Additionally, we were charged not with one side of sauce, but 2 (only received one). We come about once a week, but lately the quality hasn’t been the same, disappointing.
Oracle Road location, gets a zero for me too! I called in an order for 10 wings and fries, was told 20 minutes. My wait was more like 45 minutes and when I received my order, I only had six wings! So basically, I paid double for the wings I got. I see no reason to go back to this location ever again. Clearly, they have no concept of time, or how to count. Frustrating!
Don’t waste your time, go to literally anywhere else! I came in with a party of 6. Not greeted just sat and had to come to the conclusion ourselves that you now order yourself with your phone… Then sit and hope your items were right because nothing of ours was. We all tried to be as understanding as possible as we all worked in customer service, but this was just unacceptable. Waitress was zero help they had no idea how to work the online ordering system or knowledge why our items were wrong. We spend 2 hours there! Nobody was personable or helpful. Will not be ever returning.
I've been to this location for dine in several times with no issues. I placed an order online on 01/21 for a pickup time of 11:30PM (they close at 12) I get a call when I'm on my way at 11:15 stating they "just" received my order, the kitchen is closed, and they can't make my order. Even though I placed the order hours in advance. I asked for a refund. They entered my card number wrong and it took 2 weeks to get my money back, after I called and spoke with manager Fred. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and placed an order online on 2/4 with a pickup time of 11:30 PM. It was like dejavu. I again get a call when I'm on my way to pick up the order, stating they "just" got the order, the kitchen is closed, and can't make my order. I don't understand how this happens when I place my order hours in advance. I opted to pick up the order next day since I had a bad experience with my refund prior. But this will be my last time going to this location. Two times is a fail, do better.
Food was good. Service was friendly and fast. Drinks were delicious. Only recommend that they don't put so much cheese on the salad sometimes less is more but that's my only complaint if you even want to call it that. A good place for the kids and the adults.
The customer service here is terrible. The women at the front (hostess) have little to no customer service sense. They tend to not enjoy working there, hence probably why they’re on their phone during slow days. It’s been my experience that you have to tell them what you went in there for (to eat or to pick up an online order) or they won’t help you until they feel like it. The managers are the only people alert to customers at the front (during slow times) and have basic customer service skills, which is all you need for most places when you work at a fast food restaurant. I don’t recommend you go here if customer service skills is important to you, but if you’re looking for fast food with poor customer service, then go here. I’ve been here multiple times. Even some waiters don’t have common sense to not take food away from a table or ask if we’re ready to pay when we’re clearly still eating! I believe the staff needs customer service training 101 video training because some days it feels non existent. And no I’m not filling out a complaint on the website/FAQ’s section.

Everything was very good. The cashier lady was very friendly. She explained that they make their biscuits there and their French fries as well. My breakfast sandwich was really good. But let me tell you the chocolate chip cookies! They are the best!
