Every time I do an online order, it’s never ready when I get there at the time they tell me it will be ready. Today I had to wait 26 min after the time they gave me to pick it up. They should at least have a tv at the Togo area so we can watch something while we wait since it happens every time. Food was barely warm. I understand it will cool off on the way home. But it’s almost cold when I get here. We get to go food from other places often and everywhere else can keep their food warm. Makes me wonder how warm it actually was when it was brought out to me. Wings and fries both. Fries were actually cold and stiff, like they were left over. My son said his wings and fries were cold. He said if he wild have know it was going to be cold, he would have rather had Jason’s Deli like the rest of the family had. Wings were kinda dry, like BWW is known for. I’m pretty sure I’m done going here. The food cost too much for it to be cold and not very good.
Pics do not do justice to this BW3, it was the best one I’d ever been to. Service, food quality, beer, enough space to dine and watch some games. All of it was there.
There was dirt or specks of something in our water cups. Also didn’t have ice. Thankfully saw it before drinking. This is absolutely disgusting, never had something like this occur. Never going back, didn’t pay for dirty water.
Coworkers and I frequent this location after work for a couple drinks. One of my favorite things about this location is that the staff are super friendly, especially the bar tenders. This makes for a welcoming atmosphere, which is a big difference than other B-Dubs locations I have visited in the area. Another huge perk for me is that they have my favorite beer on tap. The Yazoo Gerst Amber Ale is a delicious beer brewed right here in middle Tennessee. If you have had issues with attitude and poor service at other B-Dubs locations like I have, I highly recommend giving this location a try. Plenty of TV's to watch your favorite sports team with happy and friendly service!
Rating: Kudos I stopped here as I'm in town for work reasons. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Service was amazing and I lacked for nothing.
We sat in the bar area and our waitress, Katie, was such a disappointment. We came between lunch and dinner so it wasn't busy. She got our drink orders and we ordered sweet teas. She dropped them off and left. Took about 15 to 20 minutes to come back and the "sweet" tea tasted like dirty water asked about it and she said she was going to make new and bring those back.. came back another 20 minutes later with new teas and still dirty water and took our order. She didn't come back and ask us if it was better or anything. Had to get her attention to get something else. Food was good but the service was below par for the amount of people that were there. We asked to get the tv changed and again she never passed that message on until we ordered drinks from the bar for ourselves and asked the bartender about it. She never stayed around long enough to make sure all was well. If I could give negative stars I would for service.
I've been coming here for years and every time we've came it has gotten worse and worse. I haven't eaten here in over a year until tonight. I figured we would order take out because its always a long wait. Wait time for our order honestly wasn't crazy but left out all sauce on a very large order. I called back to speak to someone and no one answered. I will not be coming back as this was the very final straw. I have worked in food service for 8+ years in management and never had so many issues every single time I go into this establishment.
Stopped here driving through, called first to see if dogs were allowed on the patio and they said yes. We sat down and the waitress was great, even brought my dog a bowl of water with ice cubes. Food was delicious. A few servers stopped by to say hi to my dalmatian while we were there. Great service!
