Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Coral Springs - 5840 Wiles Rd, USA

This past Friday, I met a friend , and it was my first time at this location. It was not busy considering that I arrived at 8:30 pm. My server was great. I advised him of my many allergies and immediately went to advise the kitchen. I got the nachos, with no meat, but you have the option to, and my friend got the lemon pepper wings and fries. Delicious.

Came here with friends for a weekly Tuesday night event , musical Bingo , they play every week with a chance to win vouchers for the food , they play 4 games with different rules and its not easy , but i did actually win which is pretty cool , I obviously gave the vouchers to my friends as I obviously dont live in Florida. the food was good too wings and cheese balls , delicious

Have not been there for at least 3 years, I dont see a reason to go back. We were a party of 6 watching Miami Dolphins play on MNF. We had to go to the bar to pick up our silverware, waited a long time for drinks, and even longer for refills. The food was below standards, nachos arrived with cheese on the side, and the wings tasted as if it was previously frozen.

This was probably the best BDUBs I have ever been to. The service was on point and associates where helpful and kind. The supervisor made sure everything went ok with our visit and if the food tasted well. Which it did!. My girlfriend had a margarita and it tasted phenomenal. I will be revisiting this location for a big game sometime soon.

The staff could not get in order correct if their lives depended on it. Missing one burger, plus the one ordered was not made to the requested specifications. Apparently ability to read and count are not requirements for employment at this establishment. I could understand if this happened only once, but this is the third time. Completely unacceptable!

My wife and I both agree this was a terrible service. It was not busy with maybe 10 tables at most in use and a few people at the bar. We sat at the bar and never were greeted. The shift manager David was just not worried about us at all. I asked for a menu twice before receiving. I kept having to ask for our drinks to be replenished. I would wait 7 to 10 minutes before I would ask again trying to be polite. I don’t know why we had to feel unwelcome. We never received our drinks in an orderly fashion. My wife and I would see multiple drink orders completed before I would ask again for our drinks. The boneless wings were very dry. My wife said they tasted frozen like the ones at the store. I do agree with this statement. Before leaving we were looking at all the memorabilia on the walls and directly above our seats was moldy displays. I was very disappointed to take my wife out last night. We made the most of it, but definitely our last visit to this location.

My son and I walked in and not one person acknowledged us. We sat down waiting on a server and 2 walked passed us no acknowledgment. One of the servers looked at my son like he was mad we were there. Mind you it was 10pm and the website says they close at 12. I can understand the attitude if we walked in 10 minutes before closing. About 10 minutes later and after I said we are leaving the bar tender came and took our order. Fairly quickly she brought our order out be one item was missing and she said it would be out shortly. I’m not sure what shortly means to everyone there but we were almost done with dinner and the last item was brought to the table. No one checked on us and the bar tender was busy. The worst experience ever.

Sydney is a wonderful and attentive server. She is always cheerful which makes the experience great. Mike the manager talks to every table and helps out which is rare. Thanks for a great experience.
