First time customer absolutely loved our server Savannah. She explained everything and even gave us fun recommendations. The chicken nachos were delicious.

They forgot part of my take out order. I got home realized it and had to drive back to pick it up. My food was cold and not good. They didn’t offer to compensate me for their mistake. I will never eat there again. Little Caesars has better wings. The food and the service is terrible. They deserve negative stars. I advise everyone to avoid this place at all cost!!!

Was so disappointed today with my meal! Especially it being Mother’s Day. My potato wedges were basically crumbs like I got the last of the batch they made, I had to dig through for the best ones to eat. There was a blonde hair on my wings, not mine since I have black hair. Please do better next time.

I'm pretty much a regular here. I come in often 4 lunch specials and a beer. Like everyone else, I like 2 watch the games on TV. Never had a problem here.

We visited on Thursday 12/21 and waited an hour to get our food. Never saw a manager and server was overwhelmed. You would’ve thought we ordered something complicated, but we didn’t - we just ordered boneless wings with fries. I can understand being busy (and even possibly short staffed), but the lack of service on top of it is ridiculous. The icing on the cake is we received two cards for a free appetizer as an “apology”; We tried to redeem one tonight and told “sorry, that was one day only”. What an anwful experience - we were crapped on the first time and then screwed back over a second time tonight. We will likely stop coming here to this franchise after being very loyal and usually coming in at least once a week. Funny thing is, management probably wont care enough to try to reach out because that’s what I’ve learned to be their MO.

Really good food. We had 18 people in our group. We were seated right away and food was delivered surprisingly fast and hot. Service all around was top of the line. Only thing that bothered was how cold it was inside. I ended up pretty sick with a bad cough.

one of the worst dinning experiences I’ve had in a while. Took our server about 25 minutes to even greet us, I believe her name was Alexandria. Fine, I get that some nights are busy, but the restaurant as a whole was not very busy. Then we waited for about an hour before we got our food, when it arrived it was cold. I wanted to let my server know that the food was cold but she was no where to be found until she noticed my friends alcoholic drink was low and she asked if she wanted another. At that point we were already done and we were going to request our bill but she vanished again. As we’re patiently waiting for our bill she got other tables their bills and cleaned off one of them. We probably waited a good 20 minutes for our bill before she could be bothered to give it to us. The service we received tonight was unacceptable, someone needs to go over service standards with her because clearly she has no clue.

Manager Wes is incredibly rude. Asked a simple question and treated me as if I was out of line for doing so. As a manager he should be far more professional, even if the answer was still no. Would not recommend.
