Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Chandler - 3163 W Chandler Blvd, USA

I don't often post bad reviews like this but this needed to be shared. My wife and I went to check out the new store at the mall with huge turnout anticipation. We went to eat before shopping, let me tell you I wouldn't send the homeless here! Almost every table was dirty when we walked into the bar area, there was what looked like a dirty glass in front of every bar stool. Only 3 people working the front of the floor from what we saw. Also saw an employee off shift sit at a dirty table and instead of cleaning it off she pushed it aside and rested her head on the table in the bar area! Food took forever, the table sat down next to us after us, got drinks before us and food before us, and left before us! The restaurant felt dirty, dark, and just not welcoming for a huge event happening nearby! Tried the new bourbon BBQ wings, OMG I ALMOST THREW UP!!! Tasted like sucking on a whiskey bottle!!! Couldn't even take a 2nd bite. I would not recommend this restaurant location to anyone!!! They really need to make some huge improvements to get me to even consider going back!!!

Please hire a general manager for this place. The bartender told me she does not do to go orders. We waited at To go for our order over 30 minutes. When I ask the bartender about it. We are told she does not do to go or care about it. Unbelievable bad service I could not even believe it. I asked the bartender if she was joking, and she said no I am busy with the bar. Our order was $106.00 dollars and it was all cold. The bartender told me to take a hike to To Go to get cold food. Would not recommend any companies to order food or large orders from this location. The sad thing is I love BWW and this was such a major disaster.

Denise took excellent care of us! She really hustled the whole time we were there. The food was so flavorful. The pretzel knots were really good and my burger, although cold to where even the cheese didn’t melt, had awesome flavor! And my son loved his boneless wings. Place feels a bit rundown though. But the service was great!

This is the first time I ordered from this restaurant. BBQ brisket burger, potato wedges, black bean burger, fries and 6 wings. The wings were a bit dry looked stale; however the rest of the food was delicious and fresh. I ordered Honey BBQ sauce on the side; however the sauce I received was really spicy. However, tasty- I couldn’t taste too much as do not eat too spicy food. Lol. I would absolutely recommend this place.

This review is just for the host that greeted us today around 5:30pm. Tall blonde hair employee. They immediately greeted us as we entered and were gracious and smiling. Even more impressive, they broke away from conversation with a co-worker to greet us quickly. I later saw them help wipe tables and answer phones with a smile. Kudos to them. Give this person a bonus. I’ve previous worked as a hostess and server and have pretty high standards!

A colleague recommended me this place, don't regret to take his word, price is acceptable, place is nice, has no smoking and smokers area, as well as bar and restaurant type tables inside. Nice range of wing flavors and waiter knew how to advise us in our first order. It has nice middle size burgers also. All in all, a very good experience.

It's really big, not the cleanest but great service. I'm vegetarian, so I was really excited about the cauliflower option. It was really good. Tvs all around. I love the beer battered onion rings.

I don't eat meat, so I didn't have the wings. We did order a side of carrots and celery sticks, which accumulates 2 small pieces of celery and three baby carrots, which is pretty pathetic. The food wasn't horrible but definitely was not great, edible at best. The french fries tasted old and were cold. The service wasn't great. We sat outside and rarely saw our waitress.
