Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Jefferson City - 707-B Stoneridge Pkwy, USA

Stopped in while passing through Jefferson City and was super impressed with the entire vibe. We were greeted promptly at the door and given our choice of seating due to the time of day. We sat in the bar and were promptly offered waters while we waited for our drink orders. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the specials and made some excellent suggestions to fit both our tastes. He likes sweet and I prefer a little spice with my sweet. 😀 We will definitely be back the next time we pass through Jefferson City!

Placed a to-go order and was impressed with how quick and easy the process was. Our wings were hot and fresh and our fries fresh and crisp. There’s nothing as disappointing as limp, soggy fries and these definitely did not disappoint. We forgot to order extra sauce and the staff was so great about adding them last minute without making it seem like an issue. We will definitely use them again for our next gathering!

This will be my last time going to this BDUBS. Everything I ordered was wrong, service was horrible and the manager was a huge B. I said everything is wrong, ordered Nachos, no sour cream ( highly allergic and told them and no cilantro..had tons on there) It took awhile.to get a replacement and replacement was cold and was sitting back there for awhile. I ordered 40 piece combo and waiter brought out a 6 piece for 2 people. The 6 piece wings were cold and one was covered in feathers and then smothered in bbq sauce. When I told manager what was wrong, she gave me an attitude and told me what do you want me to do about it.. cause I can't do nothing. We came in to see the Dteelers game and so did 2 other families next to us and place was pretty dead.. they wouldn't turn Steelers game on near us. 1 small TV by bar and 1 small TV in corner had it on but 3 tvs above us had exactly same game on and 1 TV had womans volleyball on a Sunday during peek Football time. We asked manager if could put game on near us and other families and we were told no.

I enjoyed a nice dinner at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Jefferson City. The atmosphere was great, my server was fantastic and very attentive. I enjoyed the greeting and nice conversation from one of their managers, Natalie. She’s seems like a very genuine and down to earth person. I look forward to visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings again!

2pm on a sunday, 9 tables occupied and at least 3 servers, so this is not due to them being super busy. No one up front had to wait around 5 minutes before we were noticed and sat. Our waitress, Hannah, showed up about 7 min after being sat. After placing our order, we still didn't have our drinks after 10 minutes and had to flag down another server and ask for our drinks. It then took our server another 7 minutes to come by our table just to tell us our drinks are coming, we ordered water. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received from a server. The food was good but took a 50 minutes to come out, but im not sure if our server put it in a timely manner or if she forgot about our food like she did out drinks. When they brought out my check they tried to overcharge me when I pointed it out they "fixed it" but it was still wrong so I ended up calling the manager to get it fixed and I got attitude from her as well. If I come back here, I will make sure that I don't get seated in Hannah's section again.

I had gone in today with my daughter and friend. My daughter ordered from the kids menu and was refused her food because it was only for “4 and under”. We waited a little more than a hour on our food just for them to say we couldn’t receive it and if we wanted something else from the menu. The managers name is Twila and I would not recommend.

The Jefferson City location is a great place to eat! The service is amazing! The employees are so friendly and attentive to your dining needs! Let’s not forget the yummy food!! Go give them a try! 😊

We arrived at the establishment at 11:12am. We were seated promptly by the hostess. Our drink and food order were taken at around 11:20. While we waited for our food, 9 other tables, including 2 four tops, were seated, ordered taken, and thier food brought out to their tables. At 12:25, our order for two regular 10 peice wings with fries came out. We waited for bassicly an hour for 2 orders while everyone else was already leaving. The kitchen was moving steady and at a good pace. The food was good. Service was poor.
