Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Medina - 5050 Eastpointe Dr, USA

Ordered take out for my family tonight. Food was pretty good. They forgot my son’s fruit cup but accidents happen and it was a pretty big order. If I could change anything I would recommend leaving the dressing on the side for takeout salads. By the time I got home and in the house my salad was very soggy and my croutons were squishy. Also a little disappointed in the size of the beer cheese sauce for the pretzels. It definitely was not enough, especially when the beer cheese is so good. An entire appetizer deserves more than 2 tablespoons of cheese. Everything was good enough for a dinner tonight but it will probably be awhile before we order again.

The waitress refused to give us menus unless we sat down. There was a large group of us there for our class reunion. They missed out on people spending money at their establishment.

I have to share because this service was too good to not acknowledge. We wanted to watch the LA Chargers. We called and asked if they were on TV. The employee on the phone was absolutely lovely and put the Chargers on and told us where to sit when we arrived. Our food was delicious! The service while dining was great! Just an all around nice experience! It was greatly appreciated since that kind of service and kindness is so rare these days! We'll definitely be back!

The wings were very good. The service was mediocre, informing guests of deals such as buy one get one free, should be mentioned. I found out after buying 30 traditional wings for $35 , on Thursday is buy one boneless wing get one free. This was being advertised on the TV I watched while waiting for my wings. Overall it's a big sports bar, and the mood of the environment is great, but my interaction with the younger cashier wasn't that great.

The wings and drinks are always good and freshly made to order, the french fries on the other had have been cold and mushy the last few orders, overall food is great and fast services. I would recommend stopping hear to watch a game or just eat lunch or dinner.

Even though the kitchen was a tad slow, we had SUPERB service and great food. This made for a fun family night that we really needed! We had a lot of fun and the staff were a big part of it. Today I had some extra crispy habenero mango wings and a bun-less double cheese burger with onion rings. Paired with a bourbon pineapple punch, this was a great meal!

I would leave zero stars for food if I could considering we did not receive our order (an appetizer and a burger) We waited 65 minutes after giving the bartender our order. Checked several times and was told the ticket just came up but instead of actually getting it the bartender instantly went and got someone elses drinks with no further action After another 20 minutes and several followups we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. Not once did we receive an apology or explanation from management or the bartenders. Horrible service and won't be back. I suggest On Tap nearby instead.

I ordered take out and it was to be ready by 7:10pm, I arrived and picked it up at 7:10. I live like maybe 4 minutes away and by the time I got home all of my food was cold. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks were rock solid, marianna sauce was clumpy, my wings were cold to the touch, fries were rock hard. Overall just disgusting so of course I called the store and spoke to a manager and she told me she would remake my order I just had to bring the food back when I came to pick up the new food. I then asked her what time I should be there because they were busy when I went the first time around and she hung up on me. So I definitely do not recommend ordering takeout from here.
