• Plenty of parking • Staff was nice • We didn't have to wait too long for our food, and it was delicious as always

Food was average. Service was good. Paid the check with $100 but the waitress didn’t care to bring the change back. After sometime, I asked for a receipt, she took the check/receipt from the garbage can and handed it to me(right in front of me). Wonder what kind of behavior is this. Overall had a good time except the weird payment/check experience.

Been here a few times and never had any bad experience - food was always good as well as the service. Went last night with a friend and our sons to enjoy some wings and beer. Our server was Rebecca and she did an excellent job serving the food and making sure our drinks were always full.

Took around 10 minutes to be seated when it was basically empty. A Hispanic Waitress drops spills water on the table and didn’t apologize or bring napkins until I had to ask. Waited 40 minutes to be told my food was accidentally given to the wrong table. I wasn’t told until I had to ask what was with the wait. There were multiple tables that got there after us and got their food before. The waitress didn’t apologize or anything for the wait. Didn’t want to wait for another 30 minutes so we left. Never come here they’re not attentive.

Ok. I have been to a bunch of these locations. This place needs to step up there game. I was here a while back and they served me a raw chicken sandwich. Visited here last night. My girlfriend had an issue with the hostess where she was lazy. Just want to play on her cellphone. And gave she gave a I don't want to be bothered look. The waitress was fine. Food came out fine. But I got to complain about he take home food package plastic containers. They are cheaper than 50 cents store containers. Very very flimsy. Tray open too easy making the food almost fly out. And they can't even be used in the microwave. Come on. This is an easy fix. Buy some good containers. Instead of this cheap stuff.

Still the best wings in USA. BW3 has the best chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. But today I was really disappointed with the cake. Not sure if it's just this location but they had milk chocolate morsels instead of dark chocolate and the cake was really sugary. Hope they didn't change the recipe.

Overall the food taste was good, however I find the prices at this place disgusting. Who else charges you extra for a single ranch when you buy wings? The prices for wings are already ridiculous, but $5 for a soda and a $1.50 for ranch is actually laughable. Don’t waste your money.

I placed my order via mobile on Monday, December 18th. Due to a system error, the Buy one bogo50% order was placed and the employee called me. And he asked the manager and he said that if I wanted to order 15 more items I would have to pay extra or he would refund me the overpayment of about $13. So I canceled and only received 15 wings. But they refused to return the money and said they had no idea what happened when her husband went there in January. He said he would call me. However, there was no contact even after two weeks. I was really angry at this response.
