Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in O'Fallon - 2352 State Hwy K, USA

Went with the family meal for take out. Food was absolutely terrible. Our regular buffalo wings came with no sauce of them. The quality of the wings were not good. My sons kids meal is the four small boneless wings and no fries. Overall, almost $70 meal and not one good thing to say about any of it. We ended up throwing most of it out as no one was interested in the food and we had ramen noodles instead. Not sure why any restaurant would let food of this quality leave their kitchen. I will never go back to this place or waste another dime there.

My report is for carry out only: Ordered over the phone and requested the family meal. 20 wings bone in, bone out and cauliflower bites. We requested 3 sauces, mild, hot, lemon, and Buffalo sauce. We received 4 ranch dressing condiments and were charged $1.50 each and did not receive the other single sauces ordered. To make matters worse there were no fries included on this order. WTH? This was all observed when I got home. I think the wait staff is slacking on the service and has mastered social hour. I go all over the USA and have ordered from many different BWW restaurants. This site has disappointed me 2x now for carry out only! Feel free to read all of my other post and you will see I usually don't leave negative feedback. If I do then I provide the entire story. Please make some improvements with your team at your site and I will gladly leave a positive review and an update to this. Paying $55.00 plus $5 tip on what we received was disappointing.

Staff is rude and inattentive. I've never been given the right order, I have to either go back for sauces that I clearly ordered or had to tell them there that they handed me the wrong order or forgot something. Honestly, this staff is the argument against $15 minimum wage.

Lexi the bartender went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Food was great beers were cold. She overheard us upset about something and went above and beyond to ensure we left happy! Talk about customer service! You do not see that anymore! Refreshing experience! Go Lexi!

Pro: food is great. Service was good, she was nice attentive. Con: kids were running lose - its a restaurant not McDonalds playland or Chucky Cheese.

Food was okay, server didn’t tell us her name, we only got checked up on once or twice after we had to wave her over multiple times, waitresses and host were standing around most of the time talking. It was slow maybe only 4 other tables around us and we still had to call them over for service.

I ordered pickup via Grubhub. I arrived early and it wasn’t ready yet, but it was ready exactly when promised. It tasted good and had extra sauce as I had requested. Some of their prices on Grubhub (before fees) are about 30% higher than at the restaurant – my 20 boneless wings were $26 instead of $20. They had a couple promos going on that made it cheaper, but it’s still silly that they charge so much more on Grubhub.

Absolute disaster of a location. Servers don’t greet you, and get irritated when you don’t know what you want through the door. The bartender can look at your ID, see that you’re 21, and try to only serve you 1 drink because you “look young.” (This Bartender wears a green headband and has a sharp tongue) and even her employees admitted to me she’s a horrible boss and service provider. You can tell them you have rewards to be used, and they make you pay because they “need the payment first.” And then proceed to never lower the charge or apply discounts. Happy birthday for me, I guess? Got my *free* birthday wings that I had to pay for.
