Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Spokane - 4750 N Division St #1320, USA

We were seated at a dirty table, I should have just left right then. The host wiped the table down mostly, then left it wet, setting the menu down on the wet table. So the menus were wet and gross. I asked for paper towels to dry it, and the server was very nice and apologized. She continued to be extremely nice throughout our visit, I felt bad for her, actually. I saw similar situations with other guests being seated. Lack of energy from the staff as well as no direction from management is how things appeared. Our food was just ok. My meal was delivered a full 15 minutes after my daughter's, which should never happen. The wings were dry, and French fries were cold, as was the Mac-n- cheese. I knew it wouldn't make a difference if I sent anything back, so we ate a little and left. I did tip the server well still because she was so nice, and the quality of the food wasn't her fault. She is the only reason for a 2 star review instead of a 1. I will not be back and I don't recommend this restaurant.

Worst B-Dubs experience by far and it is unlikely we will ever go back to this location. We have had the same server twice in the bar area, with her being the reason we won't go back. We sat in the bar area at the only open table at the time, that will still dirty from the people before but we expected someone to come over soon to clean it and take our drink orders. It took her over 15 minutes to greet us coldly and she took our drink order and food at the same time, without removing the dirty dishes or wiping down the table that was covered in sauce from the previous people. She then brought our appetizer, which at that point I had to ask for the dirty ones to be removed. Our drinks came after and my cider had lettuce floating on the top. She brought a new cider out (which the original arrived several minutes after our appetizer) and took the dirty dishes away, and still not wiping down the table. We sat there staring at each other because we had no napkins, no silverware, and an appetizer on a dirty table. We called her back over yet again and asked her to wipe the table down and bring everything else we needed to enjoy our food. Then to top it off, she tried to charge us for a second cider because she rang up a second to get one that didn't have lettuce in it, but it took us 15 minutes to flag her down because she never looked up when walking around. It got to the point that we had to physically walk up to her and ask her to come back to our table. If you don't want to have to talk an employee through how to be a waitress at a restaurant, go somewhere else.

We very much enjoyed our visit here I definitely recommend it, It was a great sports bar experience great food and the atmosphere was great thank you to our server he was very attentive and all together awesome experience thank you.

We had meal salads, a Cobb salad and a chicken Caesar salad. Even with the extra toppings, I hope for a salad to be healthy and refreshing. These salads were short on the fresh, crisp greens and just kind of heavy and salty. Maybe salad isn't what this place is best known for, but I don't think I'll be going back.

Upon arrival we were told it would be a 2 hour wait, but somehow we were sat in 20 minutes. After being sat, drinks took 30 minutes. At least the apps came before the drinks! Dinner took an hour to show up at our table, but no worries it was piping lukewarm! Clearly not enough staff in the kitchen to cook. The front of house staff clearly had enough people because a couple of them thought it was a better use of their time to make googly flirty eyes at each other in the corner of the bar by the drink station rather than bus tables, take silverware or napkins to tables, run food, or anything service related. I used to be an avid fan of BWW, but I think this will be the last visit for a long time. Choose another place for wings. Hard pass.

Wow! Prices have sure went up. My wife and I went here on Friday December 29th and for twenty wings and two burger meals it was $102 dollars. I can deal with that if the food was good but it was very disappointing. Out of all the times I have been to BWW's this trip was very hard to swallow "literally". The wings and drumsticks were driest I have ever consumed. I could have baked some chicken in the oven at 450 and it would have been the same. And the waitress was nice so I gave 2 stars but she kept bringing drinks (re-fills) without asking and charged us for extra drinks that we did not even touch after telling her we were good. I am not one to complain, just tell it how it is. This was very disappointing and I was going to reserve some space there for my retirement party in March.

This Buffalo Wild Wings location did not disappoint. The tables were a little tight together but other than that, everything was great. The bathrooms were clean but the changing table in the Women’s bathroom is not level, so be careful with your little ones. Food was beyond expectations and simply delicious. It truly hit the spot! Server was slow to greet us but made up for it by his kindness and efficiency. Overall, not a bad experience and definitely recommended!

What a horrible fri night game experience. The cotton bowl was turned off. They had random hockey games on instead. No one watching games. Food was miserably seasoned and cold. They have a 22 yr old. Pink haired with lugs working in as a sports bar manager. She's never heard of the cotton bowl. Please get someone that enjoys sports. Wants people there to have a good experience.
