Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Laredo - 6629 San Dario Ave, USA

I am very disappointed at the food. I order yesterday 20 traditional original Buffalo wings and they were technically dry. No sauce at all. Even with their buy 10 at regular price and get 10 at 50 percent off they're pricey. I can't say much about the service because I usually order for pickup and I have minimum interaction with staff. Atmosphere is always crowded for the most part but the restaurant doesn't look too clean. I think imma have to start checking some other places because the only good thing I care about is the food and honestly lately it hasn't been good at all. I am attaching a photo of the wings so you can see how dry the wings were. Is been a week since I followed the owner steps and nobody has emailed me or reached out at all. Not going back to this location.

My go to! I love going after work sitting at the bar and just unwinding in a good friendly atmosphere. Staff is always nice and welcoming can always turn into a family night it’s a kid friendly environment as well.

I have no idea what happened today Dined in for lunch BOGO Tuesday One of the first ones there,at least 20 people came in after us and they were finished eating before we received our food. We waited for one hour. I finally asked for a manager.The waitress claimed the reason our order took long is that we ordered bone in on bone in Tuesday and the others ordered boneless...not true we could see the other orders around us. The manager came over a few minutes later and apologized and said she would give us a discount. When we received our check no discount on the order but the waitress gave us 25 percent off then Next Visit ?? We felt like we were abused And literally nauseous What kind of world are we living in....what a strange experience. Didn't even mention we ordered chicken wings not chicken drumetts.. very disproportionate. Thank you for kind of trying to accommodate us though.. At least they did finally deliver and we did stay and eat. I'm a long time patron and have always loved Buffalo wild wings.

Food has always been just ok. Service was better than before. Our waitress was very attentive. Kitchen didn't take as long as they always do for the food to come out. Overall a good experience after over 5 yrs.

I have been coming to this place for years and yesterday was by far the worst experience ever! Not to mention, it was my birthday. We literally waited 2 hours and never received our food. Drinks were never refilled and all the manager had to say was that "the kitchen was crazy." People that arrived after us were served before we were. The waitress said "you could have reminded me that you needed drinks." Seriously! I couldn't believe this could happen and to top it off, on my birthday! Super disappointed!

Ordered Uber eats ultimate nachos, nothin ultimate about them when they offer little to no cheese. Nachos are suppose to be cheesey! I feel like I’m eating dry chips with toppings glad I ordered mini cups of queso cheese, but that doesn’t help

Clean and friendly environment. Place was loaded with TV's. Food and drinks were great, loaded with flavor with an extra spike on the Lady's drink. 👍
