Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Oldsmar - 4058 Tampa Rd #1, USA

had to go back on here and edit my review after previously having a poor experience! i went here i believe 7 months back and got the bogo wings on a tuesday. service was decent from what i remember, but drinks were left empty a couple times — which does not go well when eating Wild wings lol we also got a few wings in that batch that were.. concerning looking. dark in certain parts, and seemingly undercooked in others — and just trying to munch on them made my partner sick to his stomach. i know bad batches come in sometimes (a server myself), but my kitchen will weed out things that don’t look right, or simply write off the whole box. its a hit to the restaurant, but you need to reconsider the quality of food you’re giving to your customers — and lord help you if the quality isn’t right during a customer’s first time at your location. it definitely made me second guess what they had going on back there. so we packed up and left, and just said we’d go back to our usual spot next time. but my significant other and i love BWW wings, especially the Wild sauce so we decided to give THIS location another shot. we went this past tuesday night (01/09 9pm) and this experience definitely turned it around for me. i cannot remember our servers name (short black hair) but she was so sweet and attentive even though we could see she was slammed with tables all over the restaurant — but her positive attitude never changed. top tier server right there, don’t let that one go! the wings were delicious, and nothing looked wrong with them this time lol we got them extra wet and i almost forgot how spicy the Wild sauce is — but soo delicious. tuesdays at BWW has become a tradition for us every few weeks so it’s nice to know i can comfortably come to this location, which is closest to my house! we’ll be back for sure.

Flavors- Thai curry, Garlic Parmesan, Spicy Garlic and Lemon & Pepper dry rub were awesome here! Base Chicken is salty in few locations, but it’s perfect here!

Ordered chips and queso, first batch of chips was cold and drenched in oil, and the queso had none of its toppings. The rest of the Food was decent and came out pretty quickly. Our server, Nicolle was kinda rude and didn’t seem to want to help us. We had an issue with our rewards and when we explained it to her, she rolled her eyes and audibly sighed. She also at one point told us to just pay through the app in case she didn’t return to our table, and then disappeared for over 20 minutes. The rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I came in tonight for the first time in a while. It did not disappoint. I ordered something too hot for myself and the waitress Shyra replaced it with no hesitation and it was very appreciated.

Worst buffalo wild wings we've ever been too! Out of every beer and after raking our brains to try and find something else to drink, the waitress finally mentions that they have our first order in bottles. Delayed on even taking our beverage order, as she stopped by our table 3 times before we could even order drinks. Burgers were beyond greasy, so much so that they left a puddle of grease on the plate. Then when we brought it up to our waitress, she said 'well when they all get cooked together they get greasy'. Lastly, we ordered a cheesecake which our waitress completely forgot about until we reminded her 15 minutes after we ordered. This place was an utter disappointment and we should have left after the beer fiasco. Do not go!

Sitting here at the counter for 15 minutes and no one has bothered to even ask us to be seated. The young lady finally comes out and asks can she help and I politely said wow we have been waiting here for over 15 minutes, her response is do you have a take out order and I told her that I'm dining in and her response was we don't have hostess working. I have never been to a restaurant that has a dining area but no one to assist us with seating. A recommendation to the owner put up a sign that states seat yourself download the app and hopefully someone will assist you.

This review is based on 1 visit. Unfortunately I have to give such a bad review based on 1 visit. I have been here 20+ times. This was by far the worst. 2 people in our party. I had ordered 3 different types of IPA beers until I received one they actually had. Waitress kept saying they had it, then would come back 5 min later to say they didn’t. We ordered 2 meals, simple meals. The person I was with received theirs ahead of me.. no big deal. Then 15 minutes later, mine arrived. He had already finished his meal. I asked that I be comp. for my meal. Waitress said she would let her manager know. I never spoke to said manager the entire time I was here. I asked for our bill…..12 minutes later it arrived. I get it, things happen things get backed up and busy. Zero empathy from our server. Unfortunately I will be back, as the food and overall atmosphere are what I want. There is no other BWW local to our location.

The food was okay. Decor and theme or restaurant are nice. Waited a while to be seated. The server was nice.
