Buffalo City Hall - City or town hall in Buffalo - 65 Niagara Square, USA

Lovely architecture on the outside and main floor, but the rest of the building is a bit rundown and in need of care. The observation deck offers cool views of Buffalo.

The building itself is a deco work of art, with an awesome observation platform at the top. The employees who I have interacted with are generally friendly and helpful. The only thing that I don't like are the modern security checkpoints, as I miss being able to just walk in and enjoy the spacious entry foyer. I have yet to encounter a worker at City Hall ( other than a couple of Buffalo Public School administrators) who wasn't pleasant and helpful.

The building itself is visible from insanely far away, its massive and just so beautiful, I've been all over the country and you'll be hard pressed to see a building as beautiful. I didnt take pictures of the outside or the inside but the inside is absolutely stunning, beautiful black tiled floors, insanely high ceiling. Absolutely majestic. I've gone here about 5 times just to see the observation deck and it's so awesome, you can see the ENTIRE city from up there (which the pictures are from) and it's absolutely breathtaking. It's open I believe from 8AM to 4PM

The building itself is beautiful, and the lobby is just as breathtaking. The art deco style is wonderful. The free observation deck on the 28th floor provides a 360 view of the surrounding area. You can see the high rises in Niagara Falls to the north and the Bills training field to the South. A wonderful and uniquely buffalo experience that doesn't cost a cent

One of the highlights of my visit to Buffalo and definitely recommend it. The art deco building, has a beautiful architecture and really nice art inside. There is also an observation deck on the 28th floor and best news is that visiting is free!! There is security check at the door but the security staff are super friendly and nice.

Beautiful, but I don’t think it’s worth visiting. Did not have an enjoyable experience with a few of the locals here either.

Real nice art-deco lobby! The observation deck is free and zero people were there when I went. (Unfortunately the balcony part of the observation deck was closed.) You’d think think place would be popular, but it seemed surprisingly off the beaten path.

Cool Art Deco piece to see if you’re an Art Deco fan. Inside has a lot of cool pieces of art to see. The observation deck is alright if you enjoy views of metropolitan cities. Truthfully unless you do the tour you could see and experience the building in under an hour. Still cool to see if you need something to do.
