Our stay at this hotel was good. Our door broke and would not lock, but once I brought it to staff attention it was fixed within hours. The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. I had locked my keys in the car one night and staff helped with that. Management was very knowledgeable, he replaced the door handle for us himself and he used it as a learning opportunity to enlighten one of his staff. Making me feel more comfortable that even if he wasn't there everyone on staff was capable of handling any problem that may arise. Housekeeping was GREAT also, she made you feel so at home, great people skills! She was very friendly and personable. She really made us feel like she truly cared about our happiness during our stay. One complaint I did have was minor compared to the overall stay, but the carpet in my room needed to be cleaned very well. My youngest doesn't like to wear shoes inside so she was constantly barefoot in our room only... and the bottoms of her feet would be so dirty from the carpet. A good carpet cleaning could possibly solve that. But we had a great time and the kids definitely said we have to come back!!

This hotel doesn't deserve more than 1 rating. I booked Non smoking room online but I was provided with smoking room with cigarette ash everywhere on the carpet and drunk coffee cups and unclean oven, fridge. Even the shower was not working and restrooms were unclean and seemed like they are not cleaned for days. The carpet was dirty and stinky and l bet you should have guts to walk on it with barefoot. Even the hotel corridors were stinky and people were screaming and shouting all night. I complained about the room but the guy at front desk was very rude and asked us to check out and didn't bother to provide alternate room. No one bothers there as they know people come there anyway. They said it's Continental breakfast but I would advise to avoid to prevent yourself from getting sick. I went there with my family members and it was our worst experience. I would suggest to STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL as it's not safe and worth the money. We can get good motels at half the price. I am not sure if the management is aware of this or may be they don't care. I will neither visit this hotel again nor suggest anyone.

This is one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty! The bathroom obviously had not been cleaned since the last guests had been there. The bedding was just gross!!! The comforter on the bed had blood on it, there wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed just a top sheet and the carpet had weird stains all over it. The shower head didn't work correctly and sprayed water all over the bathroom. We stayed long enough to shower, go have dinner at a local restaurant and then we checked out and chalked the room fee as a loss and a learner big experience. I would rather spend 3 times the $80.00 + tax a night to have a less than disgusting room. We also had a non-smoking room however walking to the room there was obviously weed smoking happening on our floor and the window to one of the rooms below us had been broken and the screen was falling out of the window. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The man at the front desk was also a complete jerk!!!

I stayed here May 12, 2017 for two nights to attend my niece's college graduation. The room was ok. It had a fresh paint job but everything else is in need of an upgrade. I had a room on the second floor near the entrance. My first night I had no sleep due to the highway traffic and the constant door on the first floor slamming half the night by other guests going in and out, also my toilet was broken and ran all night. I told the clerk as I was leaving to meet with family around 7am, that the toilet needed to be fixed and she said it would be taken care of. Upon returning that night at 8pm to my horror the toilet was not fixed. I was so upset I decided to leave and not stay the second night. I went to check out however the front desk clerk named Robert told me he was sorry about the problem and told me to please give them another chance and he said he had a better room for me. I told him I was tired and had no sleep the night before and he said he understood. So I got another room with a working toilet and not on the side by the highway or slamming door. The next morning the clerk named Gloria again apologized for the inconvenience and made fresh coffee and brought fresh bagels for me. She won me over by her great customer service and genuine compassion. She did say there was remodeling going on. So give them a try if you just need somewhere to sleep. They don't have all the luxuries but will do if you will not be in your room much. The staff is great. Very friendly and willing to help. They turned my nightmare around.

I stayed at the Knights inn on March 13, 2017 and had a great experience. I read all the negative reviews about this hotel and was Leary but the price was right. I don't know what all those negative reviews were talking about but I had a great experience. The manager was great and kind.the room was clean and efficient. The shuttle drivers were great. This is a great place to stay and a great price. Please do not let the negative reviews discourage you. Give them a try. I would stay there anytime and recommend it to anyone. I have stayed in some dirty crappy hotels/motels in my time and this is not one of them. I left my car for a week and it was still there when I got back. ||Thank you staff of knights inn.||||Sam

The woman at the desk was pretty coarse with me when I was there at 1:45 when check-in wasn't until 3. I told her I was just got there early and was just seeing if my room was available. She was a little nicer after i told her I was just hoping that my room was ready not that i was expecting it to be. The hotel in general seemed clean as a whole. When I got to my room I noticed that the king bed was sagging in the middle. Since I always do a bed bug inspection and I used to work pest control, I tore the whole bed apart including throwing the mattress against the wall and looking under it and both box springs as well. I did find a wrapped condom between the mattress and the box spring and strangely enough a dryer sheet as well. I found a couple it bottle tops under the bed too. I found no signs of bed bugs in my room (I checked the baseboards as well). The bed was sunk because the frame came apart and just needed to be reconected. The towels were thin and small but did the job. Linens looked clean but the pillows were very loosely filled and not great to sleep on. The exaust fan and toilet were quite loud as well.

My wife and I were staying here after a friend's wedding in the area and were trying to save some money. We arrive in the room to find hair all over in the bathroom, on the night stands, and in the sheets. The floors were pretty gross as well and there was a random pill on the floor under the night stand. We weren't even asked how our stay was when we checked out in the morning. We could have stayed at the Motel 6 next door for HALF the cost for a room and still might have been a cleaner stay. We loved the area around the hotel but we won't be staying back at this Microtel again.

Awful. Almost unbelievable so. When we arrived at our room, we were shocked. The sheets clearly had not been changed from the previous guests. The floors hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long. There was a busted screen just slumped against the wall; a chair that looked as though it had been used as a weapon at some point (see pictures); and, worst of all, as we lifted up one of the pillows, there was a sizeable jumping bug hopping along the bed. ||We only needed to stay at this place 6 hours before catching a flight, and we couldn't even contemplate doing that. We walked right back to reception, demanded our money back (which thankfully they provided), and paid nearly double for a spotless room across the road at the Motel 6, and have absolutely no regrets about doing that. ||And if the park-and-fly option has you considering this place, forget it: there is zero security on site, and parking at the airport is only 8 bucks a day. Lessons learned!||A little tip for the owners of this place, increase your room rates enough to actually higher a decent cleaning staff, because the state in which you are currently keeping this place is shameful.
