Location is great. The room we got was one of the older rooms. It felt gross! I’m not sure why they’re still renting these older rooms to guests. The carpet was sticky and the room felt musty. It just felt dirty. In the bathroom the toilet is so close to the door it could almost touch it. Thankfully our flight was early but I was horrified for my kids to walk on the carpet. If you are staying here and see yourself walking towards the older side turn around and go back up to the front desk. You can clearly see what part is not renovated. We would never ever stay here again. We will pay our couple dollars extra to get a better room.

We decided to stay here mostly because it was a good value compared to other hotels in the area. It's now undergoing some renovations, so portions of the hotel are less modern than others. Overall, our King bedroom was acceptable with a roomy bathroom, comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, and desk area. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Basically on the runway; that's how close it is to airport. Fun watching planes land and takeoff right from my room. Was a little noisy but that stopped early. Rooms are clean but dated and show some wear. But in terms of price, can't beat it if you're just looking for a place to sleep before/after a flight or if you're out all day. Shuttle had me in the airport in 5 mins. Staff incredible. Especially Wisdom. Efficient. Fast. Would stay there again.

the room was very clean, the rug need to be replace or clean and the AC very noisy , but everything was very good. I'm from Orlando Florida and I was housekeeping manager for more than 14 years. is a old hotel but clean. I was in the room #202. The front desk staff very professional and polite. the rate not too bad. Thanks.

Loved our stay ❤ at Buffalo Airport Hotel. Received an email providing an opportunity to check-in via email, cutting way down on time spent at check-in counter. Staff very professional and welcoming. Room comfortable as were beds. Hotel shuttle drivers to airport were fabulous too. Will certainly return on up coming trips!

Buffalo Airport Hotel has been my to go place the day before an early morning flight. Nice staff, walkable to restaurants, lovely seating areas outside. Rooms are in the process of being Upgraded. Very lovely court yard.

We previously stayed here and service was great. This time it wasn’t what we were expecting. We booked through Expedia what we thought was park and fly. When we checked in we were told by the young man at the front desk that the hotel has never offered park and fly packages. He lied right to our faces! For two vehicles it was an extra cost of $325 Canadian on top of two room reservation. We didn’t have enough linen in our room and called front desk. After 45 minutes of waiting and wanting to get some rest my husband went down to the front desk with both the young woman and gentleman just sitting there. Last time we stayed we were given a small continental breakfast this time nothing was offered. The two shuttle drivers we had were very nice and provided a great service. We will not be staying at this location again and will stop recommending to family and friends.

The price is damn good, and they'll match prices you find online if you're there in person (can't do it over the phone, tho). The rooms are pretty clean, but they're nothing special. The staff are cool, and the place is literally 2.5 minutes to get around the corner to the airport, and the shuttle runs 24 hours. Awesome. This is a great place is you just need a night or two near the airport. Not so good for local sights, but it's on a main busline of you want to see downtown. Recommending when visitors come to town.
