Buena Vista Inn - Hotel in New Smyrna Beach - 500 Causeway N, USA

I stayed here for 5 days in January of 2024, as I was attending a painting class. I love this little Boutique gem. When I arrived, I pulled up to the lovely well it front, and it was a whopping three steps to my front door :-) as I entered my room they were very clear instructions as far as how the facility ran, Wi-Fi password, etc. It was also a fresh wrapped chocolate chip cookie there as part of the welcome, and since I had a long day it was perfect.|The owner Brett is a wonderful host. I had a very clean room with a lovely kitchenette, it was a no hassle stay start to finish. It's a very quiet location, with close proximity to restaurants and the beach. It actually backs up to the Intercoastal Waterway. I would highly recommend this place if you are a traveler who enjoys a quiet, charming, beautiful and restful evenings stay. I suggest you book in advance as I did since they book up fast.

I just stayed here for 6 days in January 2024 as I was attending a painting class nearby. This is such a lovely little Boutique hotel, it is quiet and clean and lovely. It is nearby everything from restaurants to shopping. It's just off the beaten path enough to maintain its beautiful Charming atmosphere. If you need a place to stay that is restful, quiet, super clean, with owners that truly care about their guests and property, I highly recommend this place. It does book up in advance, I booked two weeks in advance, but I recommend booking at least a month or two out as normally they get full quickly. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florida. I'd like to say thank you to Brett the owner for making me feel more like a family member than a guest.

Our favorite place to stay. This pet-friendly kitschy classic is right next to a park on the river. The staff worked with us on our last minute changes, and what could have been a disaster was a wonderful trip. Walking the dog was a pleasure. We made regular trips to The Mason Bar across the street for smoothies for the humans and natural peanut butter scoops for the dog. Always hard to leave after such a great vacation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We absolutely LOVED staying here !!! Our room was adorable, very authentic "Old Florida charm" & extremely well appointed with all the "little thing's" & small details well thought out & the bigger details too....like a SUPER comfy Memory foam mattress. Fantastic location (& great value) close to everything we wanted to do & adjacent to a nice waterfront park for walks with our senior pooch. Our stay was in late November for my Fiancee's birthday & the courtyard was decorated SO beautifully with Christmas lights etc etc. We ARE definitely coming back for SURE in late Spring....& this time, we'll be staying there for our Wedding night ! 💖💖

My dog & I stayed 4 nights in this cute and comfortable hotel. It was great to walk the dog through the adjacent park where I grew up fishing&crabbing. We saw manatees and dolphins. Wonderful location w/easy access to beach. Looking forward to staying again next year. Bonus Mason Bar juice & smoothie just across the street (tasty&dog friendly.)

I stayed here a year ago and i must say i was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were great. Clean, well decorated, just cozy in all. just a short walk across the bridge to all the quaint shops of Flagler ave. maybe 6 blocks to the beach shore. U can't go wrong here. The owners are great.. OH HEY!!! ENJOY YOUR STAY!!!!

The stay was delightful The room as clean and quiet. The bed was large and very comfortable. Sitting in the courtyard surrounded by trees filled with orchids was very relaxing. Close proximity to the beach - just a short walk away. Close to everything, both beachside and in town. Everything about the stay was pleasant -- from booking to checkout. I would not hesitate to recommend the Buena Vista Inn on the Indian River in New Smyrna.

Every time we come to visit our son we come to stay at this wonderful place. It's pet friendly. Clean. Comfortable. Affordable. Great location. There have been many upgrades since we last visited. Always looks inviting, like a home away from home. Highly recommend checking it out.
