The rooms were pretty nice, the bed was comfortable. found a few bugs on the ceiling. The showerhead made a noise. There was a dumb wall separating the bed to the AC unit. It took forever for that area to cool down. That's my biggest complaint of the room. The chair in the living room area was ridiculously stained with God knows what. The room was cheap enough so that's a plus.

It’s horrendous, rooms are filthy, gross couch, gross carpets, hard bed, and black mold in the bathroom. Woke up to a HEAVY leak coming from the light fixture in the bathroom, it was like the shower was running. Management is horrible they will not do anything to accommodate you or give you your money back. You’re just a profit to them, do not go there!

Stayed just for one night didn't felt safe at all. Around 10pm heard siren sound. At first we thought it was an ambulance but when we saw outside there was almost 10 Police cars arresting someone. We called service desk dozens times to check for our safety but they were not answering our phone. Shameful that they don't care about their guests safety. Area itself doesn't look safe. Wired people are coming to that place.

This room is an unmitigated disaster. The room was filthy. No one even took a shower, mold, beyond filthy. The carpet is beyond disgusting. We kept our shoes on until we got in bed. The owner was nice and we had beds. That’s the best I can say. Run away and run away fast

I will not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. It's a kind of scam. I didn't even stay at the hotel, and I didn't receive any services, yet they are still charging me. I mistakenly made a booking through Expedia but canceled it immediately. Now, they are refusing to return my money. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with your customer service team. I booked a room through Expedia and soon after found a better option on Priceline, so I attempted to cancel my booking. When I called Expedia for the cancellation, they tried multiple times to contact the hotel, but no one provided a proper response. Whenever I called the hotel directly, the representatives were unprofessional, consistently put me on hold, and informed me that no one was available to assist, advising me to try again later. This happened repeatedly. Due to this experience, I will not recommend this hotel to any friends or family in the future.

The room is good and everything, but the place stinks of weed and all of the surrounding rooms. Besides that, we rented for 3 days and we didn’t get our trash thrown out, didn’t get toilet paper replacement, nor the beds done.

Property was not as pictured. There were very few plugs for charging, only three very flat pillows across our entire king bed, and one small body towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per person. No more, no less. When I called to ask for extra pillows, the gentleman I spoke with said he’d call me back in ten minutes to let me know if he could find any. Twenty minutes later, I called him back and he said he’d been very busy with customers (not true- we could see the check-in window the whole time) he finally said they didn’t have any extra pillows-- that was a first! No safe in the room and no coffee maker (these weren’t listed in the description, but we’re so used to them being staples, that we assumed they’d be there, so I just want to give others a heads up, who may assume those items would be there). The refrigerator, shower, and TV worked well, so those were nice! The room and bathroom were clean (I wouldn’t touch the couch in the room with a ten foot pole, though). We would stay here again knowing that we’d need to bring our own pillows, more towels, and an extension cord for plugging in laptops, chargers, etc. I’ve included pictures showing the lack of plugs and the room, in general. In one picture, it’s hard to tell what I’m pointing out- it was a picture behind one of the nightstands that didn’t have a plug behind it. The other nightstand only had a phone jack behind it. The very long “work” desk didn’t have a plug available. In one pic, my husband is pointing down where the nearest plug is for that desk- totally unusable. The only dual (normal) plug in the room only had one working plug. The other one was useless.
