I've used there services for a few years on 2 trucks. You have to purchase the equipment, and it only has 1 year warranty. One of my units failed and they replaced it with a used one because the defective one was "out of warranty" The replacement unit was defective also and they never replaced it. It took over a year of emails and phone calls to navigate through these issues 😤 all while I'm still paying for the service on the defective unit, which they refused to give a credit for. Everytime you call, you get the same person on the phone (Nate) who isn't much help because he NEVER does what he promises in a timely manner, if he does it say all. I remember one day he asked me, how many units do you have and snared 😳 I've been building my fleet and have gone from 2 trucks to 7, within 2 years and can't imagine dealing with these issues on a higher scale. BTW:. They've charged my card for 3 months after I cancelled service and just received another monthly statement, which they intend to charge to my card, UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I've finally gotten to research other companies and found a great service. OnestepGPS. Equipment is FREE and backed by LIFETIME warranty, NO contract, less expensive, customer service is AMAZING and the features are WAY better. Stay clear of BudgetGPS, they have bad business practices. A few of my buddies in the industry are getting away from them also, since I've introduced them to OneStepGPS.

We run a 24-7 security fleet. There are times when there is no manager oversight during patrol periods. Each employee is aware our patrol units are equipped with the BudgetGPS devices, which places them on their best behavior. We have only had a couple of employee/patrol vehicle issues since the GPS units were installed. The "History" prompt has allowed us review historical data relating to these issue and made it easy to resolve potential problems. GPS tracking is simple and strait forward with Budget GPS. Budget GPS has a great iOS map. Simplest of systems to use and it has more than paid for Itself. We didn't have to commit to any contract, just pay by the month and simple as could be. Asset tracking made very simple and affordable.

Great system! Allows us to know where all of our trucks are at any given time so we can dispatch more efficiently. We can set up alerts if they exceed a specified MPH, or exit a specified 'zone' that we set up. Can also run historical reports showing many details about their travels. Highly recommend BudgeGPS!
