Budget Plaza Motel - Motel in Baltimore - 4900 Ritchie Hwy, USA

Pillows and pillow cases need to be replaced. It didn't have toilet paper. So I ended up buying two rolls at the store. I'd stayed in a room directly behind the office that has a window all the way to the back beside the bathroom. Not much light to cover the entire room. It's ridiculous.

Worst hotel to ever go to not to mention they had a bad roach problem nd bedbug problem not even to mention the main dude that works up front kept harassing everybody just cuz my sister nd her bf was staying there nd my sister had company over to move the rest of her stuff to her the dude kicked us out for no reason when the whole 24hours nobody stayed with my sister other than her self nd the dude kept pulling everyone up saying we were being watched on the cameras for no reason at all I wouldn’t recommend stopping by this hotel it’s a waist of time ! The worst hotel I've ever been in too has roaches had friends tell me there was bed bugs and also I was in it today with my son and his girlfriend it is not what the pictures look like it is rundown sloppy piece of s*** hotel it's not even worth $20 a night let alone 97 do not waste your money or your time

It's very quiet and the rooms are very clean staff is friendly

Stayed here many of times, seems as though it may have changed ownership or at least new management. It has gone from being ok, to ill drive on down the road and find something else. Last Stay, Air conditioner just blew out room temp air. There was no Remote for the TV, Room smelled like Weed. No soap or Shampoo in the bathroom, Bed linens were full of cigarette burns. I seen Roaches and possibly bed bugs, Woke up with welts all over me. Won't Stay there gain. Honestly It isn't worth what they are asking.

I'm homeless with my 2 autistic grandsons Upon arrival bed was dirty with hair and dirty dead roaches in corner in kitchen refridge was dirty it was disgusting 570.00 fir the week staff is rude don't know how to talk to people nor treat them manager in office say I get mad if I don't get what I want .only thing I've asked for from them is things to clean my room and yes for what I'm paying if I get actitudes and ruines well yes I just might be annoyed. I have no choice at this point agencies come to pay for my room very rude to them. I endure this because I have no choice BUT GOD☝not even 1 star for this one!

There was a bit of smoke before the person whom I came with started doing so, but aside from that the bed was good, shower worked well, and internet was good for streaming. I quite enjoyed using it and it is a good price! I quite enjoy it for meeting someone since it isn't pricy.

I have been staying at this hotel for years and I'm guessing there's new owners but the older man is very rude when he has checked my room to give me back my deposit!! He tried to say i was smoking and i did not I'm assuming he thought i was by myself once he seen my husband he returned my 20 dollar deposit. And a few other women have told me the same thing
