Budget Motel - Motel in Patchogue - 479 W Main St, USA

It's a motel, it's not great, it's not bad, if you're in a emergency and you really need a place to sleep, this isn't that bad, it's fairly quiet in the off hours and yeah. That's about it for the good, the bad is that it reeks of Marijuana like a dorm room so I'd suggest bringing your own toiletries as well as blankets and pillows because they don't wash that stuff, there was blood on the blanket I had so I threw it off the bed and put my blanket on it. The rooms are pretty newish and modern though they could be cleaner, again, it's not a fancy motel but it should be much much cleaner than it is. Otherwise, fairly quiet and cheap for the money, just don't come in with giant expectations.

This place seems okay. But remember the name Budget. All the like places(Motels) are not going to be Hilton or Marriott .If that is what you want then go to them. These are long Island Motels. Most local Motels are Crack Motels and the employees most time will suck. Know where you are going. You get what you pay for. These places will always have guests. The budget motel is your standard Long Island motel experience. From what I could tell there are about fifteen rooms and they're all on the first floor (so it's good for the elderly and disabled). The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the LCD TVs are nice. Again, what you'd expect from a standard motel! 😀 Usually I give motels 3 stars but I gave the budget 4 because the staff was wonderful! The man in the office, who I assume to be the owner because he was there my entire stay, was friendly, and VERY helpful and made my stay very pleasant here. I'd recommend this motel to anyone needing a place to stay in the area. 😁

For a low budget motel, it has Marriott prices

Fair prices and friendly staff. Great rooms, good bathrooms, wifi, and everything works in the room. They don’t have carpet floor but it’s good since the room is easy to clean and it doesn’t stink. I’m surprised by the negative complaints. It’s a great place to spend a night.

Maybe I should wait until check out to write this..but...after reading others reviews, newest on 10 mos ago (oldest 4yrs) I'd have to DISAGREE with the negatives. Pics are outdated, rooms are remodeled and VERY nice. For $105/nite [+$5 real key (not key card) deposit] I was quite impressed upon entering my room! I've paid more, 120, for waayyyy worse (I mean prison hand me down towels, gobs of hair in shower, gray sheets..MacArthur motel on Vets hwy. Stay FAR FAR away from that one!!!) I've stayed in almost every MOtel on the middle to N shore and this one is the best esp for the price.

Owners and managers are and respectful. Rooms are clean. Plenty are stores and restaurants near by as well as train station and public transportation. Only thing I did not like is you're not allowed to use the phone without a $10 deposit, other motels allow you to use the phone for free.

It's cheap, good for couples wanting to be alone or persons having a affair the amenities include Jacuzzis, mirrors including on the ceiling above the bed. Does not seem fitting as a family establishment but it can be done. Not the worst I've seen but not the best either.
