Budget Motel of USA - Motel in Hinesville - 744 E Oglethorpe Hwy, USA

I give them no stars because I booked a room online for a homeless friend and put my credit card information and they tried to charge me 100 and something dollars in CASH again when friend arrives with confirmation number. And when I called to cancelled the agent stated I needed to pay for the room anyway and it was long after I called to let the CSR that I was cancelling because he tried to charge me twice with card and in person with CASH wouldn't receive card from my son wanted CASH most motels have a cancellation period and I just made it and wanted to cancel for that reason

They didn't have no breakfast from $60 rooms they went up to 75.00 a room the least they can do is feed some breakfast

I very much disappointed with this hotel and they still haven't returned my room deposit back to card yet and it's going on a month now.

On October 6, 2016 my family and I booked this Motel due to Hurricane Matthew. People this is the most filthy motel that I have even seen. The carpet was dirty and smelled like mildew . The bath tub was so disgusting. The bathroom floor had pee spots on them and the walls also looked like yellow pee stains was running down them like a water fall. The counters were dirty with sticky stuff on them, and you can only imagine what the refrigerator looked like. To put the nail in the coffin they had dead roaches in the window seal. I truly feel as if these people kicked someone out of room to make double the money off of people that was evacuating from the hurricane. They could have at least cleaned the room. I have a video that I will be uploading soon. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Outside looked a little run dwn. Ut our room was freshly painted NICE furniture new floors. Drape ans comforter waa beautiful. Extremely clean.

If i could give this place negative stars i would. Not only are the owners horrible nosey and laxy people...the rooms are horrendous. Lets start with the door..the lock is broken. Enter into the room and you see a carpet that looks like a murder has taken place. Nasty stains and a horrible smell. The bed has bugs..yes bugs in it that bit my husband. The vanity are had a pipe bust on us the first night that we had to fix. The bathroom...first off when you get off the toilet the toilet comes with you. The tub looks like it hasnt been washed in months. We stayed for a week the only reason we stayed for a week is because someone paid for the week for us. Yes we were homeless. We also have a dog. This place says dog friendly. The next day he says..i no like your dog. You clean room everyday. Yes. We had to clean our own room. And the roaches..oh my gosh they are the biggest roaches i have ever seen. They allow drug addicts here who fight and argue right outside your door and if you call the front office.. No one is there. There was hardly any cable and they say free wifi but they turn it off during the day and rarely have it on at night. This is a horrible place the bed smelled and the interior alone looka like its about to fall apart. Yes we would rather be living in our vehicle then to ever come back to this place ever again. Oh and when tenants leave like to thw store or work...we watched them go thru other peoples rooms. Horrible people horrible place...pet friendly but they dont want your pet on the bed. And also they complained because they had to wash everything because of dog hair.. Hello shouldnt you wash everything anyway??? Horrible horrible place.

Room smelled bad on entry, flies in room had to buy some spray,floor was dirt and not sweep dead flies on floor, towels was dirty looking need bleach on them or need to replace, the manager did fire works in the parking lot by my room though it was a gun shooting...I will never book another Budget motel that's my experience for two nights and day

I wouldn't even give this place a half star. Never cleaned my room on my 3 night stay. Nasty room. Smelled weird. Ol Indian dude at the lobby has an attitude. This is the worst place I've ever stayed. If I could've gotten a refund I would have left immediately.
