Well the manager Bill and his wife are super friendly and very polite . Always working on keeping the place fresh and clean and good direction go ers !

LOOK THEY DON'T HAVE SCREENS IT T THE WINDOWS... GOING UP THE STAIR TO GET TO YOUR ROOM ..

I always stay at the budget lodge when I'm in the churchland area, I always enjoy seeing Kristie and her husband are so helpful. The rooms are always very clean and very organized, The rates are very reasonable and I will always stay there over any other motels

Staying the weekend for work. Can hear every single step the upstairs tenants make. Like they have walked in a circle for a day now, stomping, squeaky floors. Literally every step they take I can hear above me. So there's zero noise reduction from room to room. Have called front desk twice now complaining about the noise. Requestedba room change and they instead offered to call the room and ask them to stop. I killed three roaches the first few hours of being here. I have zipped up all my luggage. I pray to God I don't get roaches in my car, or take them home. Done a bed bug inspection and didn't find anything. The rooms are ok, clean but that doesn't make up for the other issues. I probably won't be back.

Pay attention to the first word in the name.... budget! If you're looking for a one-night stay it will suffice.

Do not stay here. Our room had cereal left in upper cabinets from previous tenants, floors were not clean, head board had serveral handprints and the bathroom was horrid. We also had people banging on our door asking for the previous tenants so they could purchase marijuana until 3am. We brought our issues to the front desk and refused to give us a refund due to their policy. I wouldn’t risk saving a penny by staying at this hotel.

All I wanted was a clean bed and shower. If that's all that was offered I would've been happier than what I was given. As soon as you walk in the door it smelt very bad. (Cigarette smoke, body odor, etc.) The bed sheets were stained all over. There was mold marks in the bathroom. Plenty of stains on the walls of the bathroom. Nothing in the room smelled clean. Luckily we were given two towels, but even the towels smelt like they were just folded after someone used them. The cable did not work although the tv turned on. I would not recommend this place to anyone. (Even with how cheap it is) I would suggest you spend the extra money and get something worth staying in. Not satisfied!
