Budget Inn-Westwood - Motel in Westwood - 71 Providence Hwy, USA

Awful!! Knew it would be bad at a budget inn, especially for $80 but it was worse than expected. We couldn’t shower, at all. There was no drain so the water was just filled in there. The toilet was not flushed and had pee stains on the seat. The chairs and walls have interesting stains. The window was left open so that bugs and spiders were all over the bathroom. The indoor lock is broken. I am scared to check under the bed. It’s not worth it, go somewhere else.

***DO NOT GO*** This place was so bad I don't know it is still in business. We checked in late night and they charged only cash. We went to the room and it was so bad we could not stay there, the sheets and comforters we torn and you can see they have not been washed for a while. If you check under the mattress cover you see bedbugs and literally lot of them. It was a horror show. We could not even stay there even for 30 mins and did not even ask for our money back we just wanted to get out of that place. I don't usually write reviews but I have never seen such place even in 3rd world slums.

I love this place. It was like Disney and Hawaii all together. They have amazing amenities and have many activities for the kids. My room came with an extra fly swatter. I call that class! Me and my kids has so much fun and would love to stay here again. For the price of only 80$ a night, it’s so worth it! The workers woke me up at 2am with some wonderful tunes and my favorite song called “banging on the door next door” the cleanliness was also amazing. So amazing I didn’t have to bring cleaning supplies. I will put some pictures below.

very bad bad place to stay. I do not know state of masssachutts never conducts a state inspection at budget inn of westwoost. It is very bad fo the health of people. This place must be closed. Why does the city of westwood do not conduct an inspection at Budget inn of westwood motel. Bad bad bad place.

Me and my boyfriend lived here for 7 months and worked there we cleaned the rooms and only got paid $4 a room!Roy at the desk is such a jerk to everyone he treats people terrible especially if you work there.They want you to work 24/7 and threaten to kick you out if you don't it's really terrible the only good person there is king harry the owner he's a sweetheart but his wife is awful her name is ula they treat people like slaves ...no compassion at all it's all about the money....they treat customers awful too and Roy changes the price anytime he wants depending upon if he likes you or not....Do not come here do yourself a favor stay away from here it's gross and dirty also they do not ever wash the top comforter I know this for a fact the guy billy that cleans now doesn't even change the sheets ever and one key opens about 10 rooms it's just a nightmare and any kind of argument at all Roy calls the police on everyone so do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE!

This hotel was wonderful!! I’d definitely stay there again. The rooms were very clean and the workers were so nice.

I wouldn’t stay here. The room’s could definitely be cleaned much better! Wear some shoes “flip flops” while in the shower still disgusting even after I tried to clean it myself with what I had.

I agree with everyone else this place is a complete dump. It’s like they can’t clean right and you do pay for what you get for $70 dollars. It’s better to sleep on the street because when I stayed I kept all my clothes on to keep warm and I complained about the stains and the guy behind the counter could care less. They could fix the place up and what I don’t understand is Westwood is a rich town I thought this place would take pride in there town. It’s like they don’t care about peoples complaints and fix what is wrong with there place. It’s just not a good place to go.
