Budget Inn Valparaiso-Niceville At Eglin AFB & Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport - Motel in Valparaiso - 79 S John Sims Pkwy, USA

We had to get a room last minute due to issues with our other room. We came across the Budget Inn and ever since we got here, everything has been so amazing! The staff here are the greatest people I’ve ever met. They have been super helpful, understanding and we’ve received only the greatest generosity from each and every one of them. The most important thing to me, was when my parents came to pick up the kids from the hotel, the owner came out and asked if everything was ok. I knew right then, the staff here is completely aware of their surroundings. As a mother of 6, I love knowing that we are protected at all times. You don’t find that at most places. Rooms were pretty and very clean. I’d definitely stay here any time.

Dev was great! We had a space for truck and trailer parking. Room was awesome.... And literally parked at our door! They tell me they have been remodeling all the rooms and improving amenities like new washer/ dryer on site. Personally I would love to see a coffee maker in my room next visit. But will definitely be back!

The ad makes it sound like the hotel is on the AFB base. But it is not, and it is really DUMPY looking on the outside. I immediately tried to cancel my rsvp. It was too late to get a full refund, so I hoped for the best. I asked to see the room first and I was pleasantly surprised!!! The room was renovated, clean, and looked just like the picture. I am so happy to get this room at a great price. Four stars due to the misleading ad, and because the outside is really bad. Hope they fix it soon.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 2 days, the location was a little random, but the rooms were clean and remodeled. Staff was very nice. The only thing is the pillows were a little hard, but rather then that, loved the room.

This was the worst place I’ve ever seen in my life. It looks as a sex trafficking establishment. There was mode on the AC units and stairs. The office was a complete disaster, piles of paperwork. I’ve never seen such chaos of a workspace. This place should not be open to the public. After speaking the merchant, I was instructed to have the Budget inn to cancel the reservation and they refused and told me to talk to my bank and that’s just want I did. So glad I was refunded for this mess of an establishment.

Me and my family went to destin, FL in a RV and had to find another hotel based on the RV. The owner of the hotel was extremely accommodating by offering us a special spot to park. All the staff has been helpful and we're all appreciative of this family owned business

STAY FAR AWAY!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The restroom had urine smell, the bed had stains, the floors were dirty, and the towels had stains. When we told the manager he said my 10 year old could have peed the bed. It was a stain not wet. He continued to say the restroom didn’t smell and that we were nit picking! Very rude and unprofessional. He literally left my husband outside the office and locked the doors and left! Do not give them your business. Check out the stains on the sheets that my son could have done.

Will not book again. The hotel is located in a derelict part of town and looks the part from the outside. Inside, the walls lack the second coat of paint, one of the beds in the room extended out far enough to block half the bathroom door, the bed sheets head stains on them and there were live bugs to greet us in the bathroom. Upon telling the desk clerk that we will not be staying for the above reasons an older man came out and was extremely rude to us while the initial desk clerk offered a different building.
