Budget inn Roswell - Motel in Roswell - 2200 W 2nd St, USA

Room was dirty, and had issues with roaches. Door frame had space issues that caused cold air and bugs to come in. House keeping was very scarce. They left my new clean towels outside my room and never even knocked to see if I needed anything.

If I Could Give Negative Stars I Would. They Never Even Answered the Door or Phone After I Paid. I Had to Get Priceline to Give Me a Refund. The Motel Said: "Sorry, We Don't Give Refunds!" "We Don't Care that He Paid and We Were Asleep and Didn't Aver the Door, Our Policy is: ZERO REFUNDS!" What a Ripoff. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. This is Me Standing at the Window Waiting for Someone to Answer that NEVER DID. Thanks for Wasting (20) Minutes of My Life that I Will Never Get Back. DON'T COME HERE FOR A PLACE TO STAY...PERIOD!!!

Positive: Friendly helpful staff, room was comfortable and large! Nice interior¿floors, fixtures were new & attractive. Negative: NOT THE ESTABLISHMENT¿S FAULT¿ but barking neighbourhood dogs were noisy all night. Traffic was too. Negative: ""

The hotel is in really bad condition & they don’t even clean them everything was dirty even the towels & checkout was at 11 am & the cleaning lady was rushing us since 7 am asking & asking if we had all of our staff out already & just passing by even getting in the way when we started getting our stuff out cause we felt uncomfortable don’t recommend this place at all not even for one night!!

Not terrible, not great but pretty beat up. It's affordable but no frills. The service is "okay". Rooms are decently sized. Free HBO. Easy delivery for food. Liquor and cigs close to buy. Fridge and microwave. You could do worse, you could do better. Welcome to roswell.

One of the most disgusting rooms I've stayed in the last 3 years.Rude Dirty,smelly. Toilet bowl look like a old fire hydrant downtown full of piss.. I guess the dogs that were staying there before us couldn't make therepee into the bowl. But still was not sanitized decentralized sanitize OMG. Don't let the picture trick yah..fool you. I actually found a ring behind chest of drawers.. among other strange ugly stinky stuff. So do yourself a favor and keep on truckin down the road my fellow Americans pay the extra 10. 15 for you and your doggies. Safe travels .

Not bad for $55.00. Main issues were: 1) I made the mistake of choosing the ground floor and the person above me was super loud until about 1:am. This is the kind of place where you hear everything as the walls are thin. 2) The bed was a memory foam mattress, not a standard spring mattress. My back dislikes memory foam mattresses. When I saw this it was almost enough to make me walk away from the good deal, find a new room for the night and eat the money. A week later, my back is still killing me. This would not be an issue for someone who enjoys memory foam. 3) The TV was merely adequate. But it’s not a deal breaker since the substandard television doesn’t matter much. You’re not at a Roswell hotel to watch television. Small stuff. Other than those three items, I thought the place was fine. Everything was clean - some plaster was coming off the ceiling above the bathtub but who cares? Still looked nice. Artwork was decent also. Parking lot was nice.
