Budget Inn Pasadena - Motel in Pasadena - 4840 Spencer Hwy, USA

First impression was that it was very pricy ($120... Not worth it.) I later went to the front desk and asked for the Wi-Fi password, first thing I hear is "What do you want?" Absolutely horrible customer service. I understand if the front desk guy hates his job but you can't treat your guests like that. 1 star for the attitude.

This place is a dump. Do your self a favor an pass this hotel up. I was charged $70 to stay here I went in the room and it smelled bad it was a smoking room which I don’t smoke. I was only in the room for not even 2 minutes threw something in the trash can an walked out to get my money back. The clerk wouldn’t give me my money back because I threw something in the trash lol which I could have taken out with my hand tried to say I was dirty no your place is a dump the owner was called or manager he said no refund wanted to charge me a $20 deposit for a non smoking room which I asked to see something in writing that says that an was never given it all of the rooms are piss poor dirty bedding has wholes an cigarette burns in them couches are dirty just the place is a dump. So I left an stayed at a different hotel and slept a billion times better. This place should be shut down an reported to the BBB. I could go on an on about this dump but trust me you do not want to stay here unless this is your last resort you’re better off sleeping in your vehicle.

Can't complain for the price. It actually not that bad. Not update on all furniture and etc. but it clean if your in a tight spot it works for u. Plus it quiet.

Completely grossed out and wish I had made a hard pass. I'm more of a Hilton Anatole chick. It was unsanitary with stained sheets and clearly not somewhere I would ever go. Seriously Chase you should step up your game dude. I'm not your tinder or grinder hook up seriously you are just gross.

NO STARS!!!!! Upon check-in the rude clerk saw my dog in truck, he said" no animals" , I said "he's a service dog", clerk says "no, no". Then says "give me $100 deposit". I go to get my paperwork for the dog, clerk throws my money back on counter and says, "go, go take this go". I said "you're refusing me a room cause I have a service dog?" He says "go now", I said "I will be reporting you it's against the law to refuse me a room or charge me deposit". My dog jus sits right next to me, does not bark, bother anyone or tear anything up. I understand if he destroyed something I'd have to pay for it, but to totally refuse service, and be rude about it. I wouldn't stay there with the rude staff even if they would say yes now. Sleazy "Ho hotel" anyway..

I love this place. It's a lot more laid back than most all of the other hotel/motels around Pasadena. The folks up front are a lot cooler about you having visitors over than most around here and if you're here long enough they've been known to work with you if you need a little help. Chill little spot. Good people.

Clean bathroom and Bed, I tend to sleep on top of beds then in them. :o) great parking. owners were great, ask if I need room service etc. vending machines outside the rooms too. which was great don't know they had them until my last day, I've stayed there for 5 days holiday from the UK. free wifi too! and TV was just standard analogue. wanted to watch my FBI files or dr phil. but watching the Simpons and king of the hill was fine.

Very shady place. Family run business. Husband is polite. Wife is rude and arrogant. We were given two different rates of same motel room by husband who will negotiate. Wife who will treat you like bug. Stayed here two nights. Every dealing with wife was impolite. Beds were not clean. I saw different guests entering and leaving rooms next to us. In hour or two basis. Very shady. Room had bad smell looked like it wasn't serviced after previous guests. Adult channels are run without any subscription needed so parents with kids be adviced. If there was a negative rating would give it.
