I love this quirky old hotel! It is inexpensive with nice big refrigerators (important for me) and decor from the 70’s. The windows open, which is rare these days - actual fresh air, wow. Parking is easy, diner next door, Mrs. Patel is a lovely host. There is no online reservation at all, from what I can see - you have to call, or just show up. Everything has worked, every time I stayed. Wifi is ok - not great but there are many spots around so no big deal. I would def stay again!
Required a $5.00 cash deposit on key. Wouldn't give me a receipt till next morning and refund for key. Lady was very rude about it. Left at 7 am next day. Nobody in lobby to refund me my key deposit. No HOT water. Only luke warm water. Very disappointing after a 13 hour travel work day. Living 7 hours away just needed a room. Never will stay there again.

It was actually Scottie's Drive In(n) next to Budget Inn. Unbelievable choice of "food" I didn't even know existed or was food. Like a slice of so-called bread that didn't look or taste like bread. Once in a lifetime experience.
Oh! My! This must be a place for the homeless when they have a few bucks. Every car in the lot was packed with stuff -like they were lived in and parked there permanently. NO inside lock on the door! I pushed a chair up against it and did not feel safe. Place smelled strongly of Indian food-my belongings reeked with it when I left. Would not have stayed there if there had been anything else available!!
OMG I've never and hope to never stay in a "hotel", (dump) such as this. again! Checking in this person demanded we pay in cash, would not do Debit nor Credit card! There was card reader broken like 20 years ago! The fee was $75. and key deposit was $5, but I only had $2 so she accepted that. Room#12 and just walking up the stairs I knew this was not gonna be good! The putrid odors of curry, sweat, cigarette assaulted my sense of smell! The carpet in hall was filthy just like the walls. Windows( the ones that had glass) grime, burns,spills ect. I pulled back bedding the presence of all dif Top spread so old parts of it were threadbare along with stains of blood!. I took bedding down to office, lady says those sheets were put on 2 days previous; stating" they should still be clean!?" I insisted on new linen and blanket and showed her bloodstains on bedspread she says it was fingernail polish and that it was ok! No way i requested new, grudgingly she gave me dif one! The microwave was state of the arts 40 yrs ago! No ice machine becuz you have to make your own in refrig in each room! Now i can go on+on, hopefully you get the gist! Honestly why hasnt this place been shut down by WASHINGTON County Health Dpt? , blanket full of holes and the comforter was so old there
