Budget Inn - Hotel in Sedalia - 4710 S Limit Ave, USA

Never will I ever stay at this motel again. Found a bedbug on the bathroom floor and cockroaches crawling on the walls often. Talked with her and she only wanted to give me a 10$ discount tried to get her to negotiate with me, she wanted to say they going to come and go with people staying. Also to mention I had two people from there come up to the door and ask for drug dealer Johnny!! I talked to her when we had left and she wouldn’t even answer me if she would stay there. We did nothing wrong to not get our deposit back, and she told him my husband we was not after me and her having a kind talk. Never ever again. I got pictures and date and time. Y’all spend your money at best western or somewhere other than there. Never will I ever again with my family. She denied the fact I even told her I seen a dead bead bug and had a picture. 😂

This a very nice place, with very nice people. They now have some little cabins in the back close to the woods for rent. The staff is ready to greet you and help you feel cozy like you're at home. With very comfy mattresses. It's located across the street from a 24/ 7 convince store. So that's handy too. I hope everyone gives this Inn a stay.

Very nice honest people run this place! They have nice king sized bed, and sheets and pillows! It was a nice clean room! My socks.didnt turn brown from walking on the floor. The TV service could have used an upgrade but other than that got a good night rest at that friendly place!

So firstly..roaches, yes, but not horribly. I'd say this is a fair motel for the price and convenience. And the owners are sweet people, and greet you every morning with a kind hello and, "need room service?" Honestly, I've stayed in way worse for more money. Water is cloudy from old pipes, and beds are thin but fairly comfy. Overall, I would stay here again if I was on a budget. Which hints the name, Budget Inn.

The service was horrible. Took two hours to clean our room after saying check in was at 2pm and they would only take 30 minutes to clean room AT 2 pm. Finally got into the room at 4pm and the bedding had literal dirt stains, cigarette holes, bugs on the walls, dirty pillows that seemed like were sprayed down with something, dirty floors, booked for a non smoking room, got a smoking room. Told manager about the holes in the bedding, said that is what you get for a smoking room. Argued that I didn’t book a smoking room when my booking said non smoking. Very disappointed, very disgusted. Was in town for a livestock show, wanted a nice place to come to in the evening to cool off and relax just to have to spend more money to find a different hotel OUT of town because this was just not a safe and clean place to stay.

This place is the most nastiest an dirtiest place I have ever seen an been to. The office smelled so bad when I went to check in I should of just ran then. The guy was dirty also he needed to shower. The room 108 was nasty . The smell was horrible, it smelled like old cigarettes smoke, there was mold on ac unit on wall, the sheets an blankets was dirty an had stuff all over them. There was splatters of red stuff look like blood or food honestly. The door was beat to hell an the walls was dirty. My family an I literally changed clothes went to concert at fair an then drove 3 hrs back home because we was not sleeping I'm that hotel room. That place is disgusting. Will not go back. Also took pictures of everything.

This place is disgusting infested with roaches and uncleaned beds. Staff sleeping on jobs and taking forever to answer service. Do not waste time or money on this motel. One of check in workers was sleeping on job then came out with no shoes and lobby absolutely stunk. I will never stay here again.

We have stayed at this motel in years past and it was nice when the older couple owned it we will never never stay there again. The place was filthy the front sidewalk porch was filthy with cigarette butts and trash everywhere the room had flies and spiders and cobwebs everywhere the Linens were horribly stained and had holes in them pillowcases sheets and towels. There was mold in the bathroom floor it didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a long long time it the only thing I can say about it that was good was the TV and the Wi-Fi worked good otherwise it was horrible I recommend that no one ever stay there
