Budget Inn of Texas - Motel in Mesquite - 3911 US-80, USA

This is the nastiest room I've ever stayed in. The people are so rude. The older woman at the front desk is the rudest. OMG the room stunk from not being cleaned. We were here 2 weeks and they never changed the sheets. I do not recommend staying here. I do recommend staying at the STAY EXPRESS INN they are very nice and the same price. I wouldn't let my animal stay here. If you're not depressed don't come here because by the time you leave you will be. Horrible place to stay. Trust me this is the worst motel I've ever been in.

Someone made a comment about it being hot and stinky and it was JUST THAT when I first walked in on 8/24/24!!! HoT & FunKY!!! It needs a serious deodorizing!!! . I felt like I smelt like the room when I woke up. The furniture and light fixtures and appliances were up to date and it looked remodeled and clean but I wasn’t satisfied with how hot it was and the way it smelled so I wanted my money back to go elsewhere. The guy at the front desk was very rude and was yelling and pointing his fingers in my face through the glass when I asked if I could get a refund. He kept saying no and yelling at me. I asked if he could just come see my concern with the room and why I’m asking for a refund, he came but on the way to the room he kept yelling at me. He just didn’t know my boyfriend was in the room already. My boyfriend had to get in his face and tell him to lower his tone in a very aggressive manner because he could hear him yelling from the inside of the room at me. Overall my boyfriend was able to gain understanding and we decided to stay because we were sooo exhausted, but left earlier than the sunrise.

I've been paying 65 a night which I agree is a reasonable price. At first it was awesome. After a few weeks housekeeping brings me real dirty sheets towels and blankets so I'm disappointment. I've been here long so I guess they knock when they feel like it and figured just give her the dirty stuff.

This hotel is garbage. You open you the door and there is this loud and relentless stench reeking from inside the room. No matter how long ur in the room, it never goes away. The room stinks to high heaven and apparently every other room smells the exact same way. Do not stay here. It is absolutely horrible.

The Indian people that run this place act like they're trying to win a competition on being the RUDEST company on Earth. You can smile and say "good morning", or "hello" and you will be met in return with mean-mugs and silence. I was in my room eating when one of the Indian men BURST into the room, no knock or warning or anything. Imagine if I was a woman getting dressed? Imagine if my wife was in there getting dressed? He then proceeded to walk down the hall and do the EXACT same thing to my friends who were staying a few doors down. Do NOT go to this motel.

Nice clean rooms great service and better prices

This place is reasonable in price 65 a night. A pretty convenient place. Shopping is close to downtown as well as a lot of stuff going on in mesquite. Place is pretty clean. Surprisingly not a lot of riff Raff that comes along with the certain hotels and motels in the area. I'll stay here again.

Really loved it because it was secluded and had my own privacy for the week i was at the inn on the creek. I noticed I was getting undressed taking my bra off as the maintenance man walked by my window and saw me topless through the thin curtains. I allowed him to look as i moved about my room topless usually i was completely naked my entire stay in my room. So i opened up my curtains so next time he walked by he could see all of me clearly and I liked it because he was an older Indian man at least 60 and i was only 23 years old and knew he never saw this before. I would always make sure I was naked in the window as he walked by as he starred at my young body getting relieved at the sight of me. I eventually opened the door allowing him in for a few minutes as i let him sit on my bed and look very closely at my body he tried to get me to sit on the bed next to him but i got shy and had him come back later. As he did so much through the days i was there I would and enjoyed letting him watch my young body move and bend and shake as i allowed him to see me through my window. Whatever happened to inn on the creek and how can I tell the maintenance man he was a great joy pleasure and comfort to me during my stay. I would love to give him my appreciation today for his interests in watching me protecting me in a way I truly needed at that time. Im sure you won't post it but id appreciate it if you can find the maintenance man and give him my email so i can show him my appreciation to him. He will definitely remember me. Thanks
