Budget Inn of America - Motel in Medford - 345 S Central Ave, USA

My boyfriend and I tried to stay here for just one night. When we went into the office to book a room. The gentleman wouldn't take our cards. He said he couldn't take mine because of some bogus reason. Then, I said that because my boyfriends card had one little scratch on the back, he couldn't use it. When w3 explain3d that both cards work. He said that there was a $50 deposit that we would have to pay. Even though there is nowhere online, it mentioned that. We both believed that he didn't want to rent a room to us. Location sucks. There are so many homeless people around. Very unprofessional staff.

I stayed 1 night in Rm. # 201, upstairs-- roomy, nicely remodeled, & well furnished. Quiet w/ comfortable bed. Everything clean, including Bathroom (dust on grill impeding exhaust fan vent). Didn't watch TV, but used all other amenities, which all worked (freezer needs defrosting). Use *both* coffee packets when brewing 1 full pot, else it comes out like tea. Excellent bargain! Didn't try local Wi-Fi.

Absolutely filthy. They did not change the sheets from the previous guest, crumbs and dirt everywhere. There is a literal SHITSTAIN on the bedsheet from the previous guest. How on earth is this legal?!

Shady part of town with lots of homeless and multiple lot shops. Front desk was very nice. Rooms were clean, but could use a paint job. I read a lot of one star reviews- luckily, my experience was positive. Good price. I would come back. No breakfast included.

Everything was fine. 1 night stay. Would stay again. Motel with what you need for a good night's sleep.

The microwave was nasty it turned my water red. Bathrooms were a bit dingy but fine. Location pretty meh moderate amount of homeless activity, good part no zaza smokers due to policy.

Positive: "" Negative: One wall by one of the beds was filthy, looked like it hadn't been wiped down in years. The uncarpeted floor was dirty, it made bare feet filthy. No trashcan in the bathroom. No extra bolt/lock on door for safety. No breakfast as advertised. Negative: ""

Positive: Cheap room beds where clean and comfortable Negative: Holes in walls, bathroom door didn't work, sink cabinet was nasty. Bathtub was nasty, outlets didn't work, door lock would unlock but lock again too fast to get in.
